Ok for the bad-Very large and clunky, it’s clamp only opens so far so anything larger than a bikes handle bars will be pushing it. Ok for the good-well built, thumbscrews hold for normal walking and climbing. Seems to be stainless steel as I’ve had it in the rain more than not and it’s not showing any rust or staining at all. If it being on the larger side it’s an issue you can’t beat this product for the price.

I've used this on a scope and it worked great. Unfortunately it doesn't fit all scopes. However it does fit on things such as my treestand rail which works great.

Gopro cameras are expensive...DO NOT TRUST your cameras on this junk mount! It will not stay secure and your shot (when using on a gun) you will not get. I missed the return window so I wanted to warn all about the cheap garbage this is. Order the other mount you see on Amazon.

Will work on a gun barrel but not on a crossbow.

This fit just right and my gopro works great during the motorcycle ride.

Came really quick, was a gift. Husband had a hard time getting it mounting to the scope as it almost doesnt fit. Hasnt used it yet but so far so good!
