improves MENS health
I have been using this since I was 58 and now I am 69,instead of butter which is FAT I use this on bread rollsby putting a teaspoon of oil on each half and spread it on with my fingers then I make up a sandwich.(not suitable with sweet filling ,ie honey, jam & chocolate spread)but great with potted meat, salad,ham & beef etc etc.I have a couple of rolls each day and I no longer go during the night always empty my bladder before retiring and have good flow.At the time of writing this I have started on a bottle ,must keep in fridge with milk and have 8 bottles in stock,my life is good thanks to Amazon UK...

Nice taste
It gives such a nice, roasty taste to the food, as well as it’s super healthy. I don’t like pumpkin seed even though I would need to eat it for my health, but have no trouble consuming the oil. It was a little scary for first as it’s green in colour, but the seeds are green too. The only issue is that I find it a little expensive.

Tasty but a bit too thin
Good flavor, but a bit too thin for my tasteI’ve been using this pumpkin seed oil with meals, and the flavor is just right—rich and nutty, as expected.However, I find the texture a bit too thin. If it were slightly thicker, it would feel much more appetizing and satisfying, especially when used as a dressing or finishing oil.Still, it’s a quality product and I appreciate having it as part of my kitchen staples.
