The title intrigued me: Peercoin. I love learning new things while trying to keep up with the trends of today. This is a short manual teaching you about your virtual online purchases on the internet while using cryptomoney, whether you are a buyer or a seller on the internet. What surprised me the most was that I am already using the concepts of the information which is provided in the book but I never knew the technical terms or differences between them. It is interesting how cryptocurrency ledgers with peer to peer currency can be anonymous while sending flowers or buying a simple lunch that you might not want someone else to find out about. While using virtual funds for a business it can also protect you from fraud because the authenticity of a cryptocoin is found in its code and codes can only be associated with one coin. By using cryptocurrencies we can also protect ourselves from identity theft because we are not exposing our credit and debit cards in any type of money exchange. In this book the author also talks about the Pros and Cons of digital online transactions. Peercoin prides itself on being the first and only peer-to-peer cryptocurrency to date.
