Quictent has the best customer service!
The product is easy to set up and does the job in keeping bugs away. The main point of this review is the manufacturer's customer service. We used the tent on a windy day without sufficiently anchoring, and the frame was damaged. Obviously not a warranty claim, as it was our fault. I inquired about purchasing a replacement frame and Quictent was extremely helpful. They sent me a new frame for a very reasonable price. The amount charged probably barely covered the shipping and we had it within a few days. I was very impressed with Quictent's customer service.

Perfect for Fun in the Sun Shade
I have only had the tent for a short time, but I have been quite impressed with the quality and design. It is light weight, easy to set up, and perfectly designed as place for providing shade that's protected from bugs (mesh sides actually come with the tent, which was hard to find on the market). Long story short, I caused damage to the first tent after I left it up during a severe and unexpected storm. The kind we receive Special Alerts about. It withstood the torrential rain but a few pieces on one side bent. In the process of requesting replacement parts to fix the damage, the tent took another hit and collapsed. Storms worse than before, the kind of torrential rain that causes flooding. The tent is a SUN shade not a severe weather shelter. It is perfectly designed for its intended use. Gratefully, the company responded to my plight in a very compassionate, prompt, and kind manner. I have never been more impressed by the quality of a company's customer service department. I now have my replacement tent, and cannot wait to put it to use!

I set it up June 2020 -- and it lasted until Jan 2023
Original Review: Set up is easy. I'm not worried about wind so I can't say how sturdy it is. Aside from the logo being sewn on a little crooked, it looks amazing. A neighbor I didn't know even asked where I got it.Jan 2023 Update - I used this tent as an outdoor art studio for nearly 2 years straight. I positioned it to be the most protected from the wind and I tied the tent down. I did add extra seam seal to the roof areas with stitching to prevent leaks. It was also in a very shaded area that probably protected the fabric from UV damage. The only reason it broke after nearly two years was because o'possums were sleeping on the roof which caused it to sag in sections. Then it rained like crazy, and these dips in the roof filled with so much water they brought the roof down to 3 feet from the ground. That destroyed the frame but it didn't rip the roof. One thing I can say is the roof is ridiculously flexible and strong!

Looks good but could be better built
I knew, going into this purchase, that I was not expecting a super strong pop up with netting for the price. It came yesterday and what I did get was a well shipped pop up that surprised me. Everything was boxed and shipped well and unpacking was simple. I did not notice the side pocket with instructions, stakes and tie downs until after i set it up but the wife and I had it setup in about 10 minutes. I will say we did have a problem with one of the legs, seemed the sliding leg came all the way out and it took us some time to get it properly back in place.Thoughts.It seems a little flimsy made with the legs and connectors. I have seen products use higher quality material. The setup was self explanatoryThe top canopy fit snugly and the velcro is a good industrial typeNetting is a huge plus and fits perfectly. For the price you cant beat it. Other brands want well over $300 for a pop up and netting.**** Update 7/12 after a week of use ****It’s in the dumpster. It blew away. Frame bent and then the canopy could not hold a rain storm and the whole thing collapsed on itself. This was staked into the ground and dropped to not avoid any damage. Purchasing 2 of these low quality pop ups i could have bought a more sturdier built canopy that could hold wind and rain.

Poor product and return hassle
I ordered this canopy because we needed something with a screen and this fit the bill. When I received it, it was immediately erected and inspected. The first thing I noticed was the four telescoping support legs when raised to the fullest height were very wobbly and started to lean over. The whole thing looked as if it would fall over in a good breeze. The lock release (pictured) springs were all rusted which will cause them to prematurely fail.I initiated a return on the item through Amazon and explained my dissatisfaction of receiving a substandard canopy with rusted springs and the wobbly legs. I received an authorization to return the product at MY cost. My cost???So the emails went back and forth, first I was to get $20 discount and replacement leg. When I said no, they offered to send another tent and to keep the good parts as spares, Again I said no and threatened to take the issue up with Amazon. Finally I was told to keep the defective tent and was refunded in full. The excuse I was given for poor workmanship"We are sorry for any inconvenience brought to you. Due to mass production, some problems are really out of control."Sounds like bad manufacturing with no quality assurance inspectors. The tent does come from China. Some additional observations I had are as follows1. The fabric covering the canopy seemed thin and the stitching was only a single line adding to the cheap feel. I've seen less expensive pop up canopies with better stitching and thicker material, not to mention sturdier legs.2. The stitching of the zippers for the bug screen is very weak with only a single line.3. It would be an improvement if Velcro was added to the bug screen which secured it to the legs.4. I could not return the bug screen and tent back into the carry bag. I tried different methods but I eventually just removed the screen.
