Bizanzzio Stainless Steel & Silicone Kitchen Utensil Set in Black Cooking Tools

I have received 2 emails from their customer service department inquiring about the product and my satisfaction with the product. Im shocked to say the least. i work in the customer service area, in fact I run Customer Service, Field Service, and Install for the largest custom Cabinet Manufacturer on the west coast. So I know a thing or two about good customer service. Its rare these days to find a company that actually “cares” about what their customer think of their product. I shopped around department stores, Sears, JC Pennies, Macy’s, Farberware, various smaller mall type kitchen gadget places, looking for some good utensils. This was the first set I was actually prepared to spend some money on (I’ve owed several of the cheap $20 kits including everything and a container) first off I had no idea utensils fetched such a premium, I had a hard time finding anything of decent quality for less than $75-$100, even those kits were incomplete, only 4-5 items, and weird configurations. So I resorted to Amazon, as I find myself doing more and more every day. Your utensils came up. I read all the reviews, and most seemed to agree there is good value in the price. Beings that they are $25-$50 cheaper than anything I found, I thought I’d try them. My wife and I share cooking duties, so I find myself in the kitchen fairly often, and I am passionate about cooking.I’ll give you my honest take on the utensils. At first the rubbery tool portion of the utensil was awkward, more because I’ve never had a utensil like this before, everything I’ve had in the past has been hard, either wood or hard plastic. After adjusting my mind to it, the functionality of the “flexible” tips is amazing. they’re not too flexible, they hold firm when required and bend when needed. The handles are comfortable, and fit the hand nice, overall the utensil feels well balanced, and well built They seem to clean off well, I hand wash all my knives and utensils, my Children on the other hand, tend to resort to the DW, so they have seen some trips to the DW and I have not noticed any wear from this as of yet. My favorite tool is the Large Soup Screen Lately thingy, I was excited to try it, and it works amazing!For the price, I think they are of better quality than the stuff I found in the large box stores that cost twice as much. I would recommend these to anyone looking for new utensils. Definitely worth the price.

What more can I say about this set that others haven't already said?? I've been watching these for awhile, and they went on sale, so I jumped and bought them. As soon as I unpacked them, I was impressed with them. Sturdy yet light, attractive, that's the beginning. Silicone on the ends are just right, the spatula does a great job with fried eggs ( even my husband was impressed, and that was the main reason I had to get rid of the old set of utensils, but he raved about this one ). Boiled potatoes were no match for the skimmer, they came out 3 at a time with no fuss. The spoons were just fine, not too deep and just flexible enough, the silicone edges give an effect of a spatula, scraping the bowl and stirring at the same time. Love the ladle, its bowl is half metal inside, and half just silicone, so it's very flexible and easy to get the last bit out of the stewpot.I'm usually pretty cheap when it comes to buying utensils, most are so cheap that I don't want to spend much money on them. HOWEVER, these were worth every penny! Something new and refreshing in sales- quality and a reasonable price for what you get. VALUE!! I love it.....plus a freebie, who doesn't love that?

I want to start off by saying that I love to cook and I love spending timein the kitchen so my cookware, utensils, etc. get alot of use on a dailybasis. I go through utensils like crazy because I always get the strongerones which we all know eventually melt when you use them alot at highertemperatures. I have never been a fan of silicone because of theflimsiness, however, since you integrated the metal in with these they areperfect. I absolutely love these utensils they are by far my favorite outof anything else I have ever used. I have recommended these to everyone Iknow and actually plan on buying multiple sets for Christmas presents. Thelength is perfect for all of my pots, pans and everything else I use themwith. The handles are perfect and give wonderful grip and I have to say thecutouts as hearts give these utensils a very unique touch. I haven't foundanything wrong this product at all and normally there's always somethingthat could be just a little bit better. You all have made a fantasticproduct and can't wait to see what your company has in store for thefuture. Thank you for making a product that meets all the needs someonecould ask for and the sleek design.

This set is beautiful, durable, elegant and super usable. I display them in my utensil hanger. I matches all my kitchen stainless steel decoration also.I love the fact that they are resistant to the hit exposure while cooking, but If it happen to you as happened to me, I let the spoon placed on the electric stove for a while, it will melt or "reduce the size" kind of contract the material. In another hand, if you push or press to much into the spatula, it will flex (in the join with the metal and silicone), you can return it to the original position, but I wonder how many times it can happen before it brakes if it will do, but taking about the break point, it could be the one. This is the only faul I see in this set, otherwise than that, I love it and I use it every day 3 times at day.I would buy them again if I need it.
