My product experience has been AMAZING! I am in love with this sauna suits , it makes me sweat 10 times more in the gym. This tummy control shaper provides perfect back sport and comfortness. The size match is perfect. It isn’t too big nor is it too small. it fit as expected. I like the quality and the comfortable fit of this belt. The material doesn't itch from anywhere. It never get big or loose after my daily use. it worked like a charm! Held in all the fat in all the right places! It also covers me and keep me warm. Nowadays I was sick and I used it to sweat. I can use it to wander around in summer time. It gives me nice body shape. I also can wear it in winter season to keep me warm. My back feels supported and it keeps my stomach held in.As a result I like it. I can use it every season and different daily activities.This product is at very good price. I would definetly recommend this to people who want to lose weight and need an extra help to sweat while working out. I like this !

It does help your lower back and shapes your abdomen. Make sure you measure your waist and follow the chart given. I weigh 165 pounds and I thought that because I wear medium and sometimes small, the medium size was good for me. I regret not having ordered the right size. I order a medium one and it almost did not fit, but the zipper provided helps me close it and keeps it tight. I do not want to return it because my purpose is to shrink my belly; therefore, with the time, I know it would fit.

The belt feels smooth around my waist and it's got nice strings of hooks that support it well when worn. The only caveat I had is that the size beat me to my estimation. It should’ve been an inch or two smaller, which also means that the manufacturer-provided measurements on the order page aren’t accurate: you need to deduct an inch or two from your actual size and order – until they review their data. Overall, it's a nice belt but effective only if you got the size right.

I received my TOAOLZ Men's waist trainer 2days ago and have been wearing it since then and I like it a lot. I'm 6'0 and weigh 268lbs and I got a XXL and it fits snug. I could've probably went with a XL that way I can clasp it tighter as my stomach shrinks but the XXL works just fine. I am using it in tandem with a heat cream to promote for sweating in the targeted area and faster weight loss.One thing I can say is measure yourself before purchasing as to get the right size. Whatever size your waist is use that as a guide and look at the last number for the size and get that one. So if it says XL 38-41 and XXL 41-44 inches and you measure 42, I would go with the XL that way you can tighten it as you lose weight and try measuring yourself on a(n) empty stomach.

Not at all what it advertises. Not a sauna, fits tight but causes itching while sweating. Rubber breaks off when sweating causing more skin irritations.

This is the first slimming belt that I have found that is secure and does not slip or become loose during exercise. Velcro belts eventually wear our during normal use, but this belt is made to last. One of my favorite aspects about this belt is that it has adjustable hooks on the inside and a zipper on the outside. This ensures a secure fit with the ability to adjust the size as well. It is very well made and does NOT have the cheap rubber liner that most other belts have installed on the inside. Price and quality makes this a great buy!

This waist trainer is exactly what I need. The quality of the material and number of fasteners ensures that it will last. Follow the sizing chart. The fit was just right. Having 3 levels of snugness gives me a way to tighten as I loss my gut. I like that I don’t have to buy another as I lose the belly.I bought this one because I wanted something that would cover from my waist to just above my full ab plate without having the top or bottom bulging out.
