I am a nineteen year old college freshman, and I am enrolled in a self-defense class which was what led me to purchase these beautiful mitts. Upon first glance, I knew that I would love these. They are sleek looking, and have "Boxing is Life" written across the tops. Boxing is not actually my life, but these mitts make me wish that it is. When I slip them onto my hands, I feel powerful and motivated. I slowly embody the persona of the Wii Fit boxing instructor, and my weight naturally shifts from side to side. Beyond that, these striking mitts are comfortable and reliable. Overall, these mitts are great and satisfy all of my needs, as an individual who does not have that many for this particular product. It doesn't hurt my hands when my partner punches the mitts; they absorb the blows very nicely. My only tip is to not wear any pokey or sharp rings when practicing with them, as they can and will tear. If you are looking for some affordable striking mitts that are pretty sound quality (again, from an amateur's perspective), then I would highly recommend purchasing!

My daughter has been doing kick boxing for a little while and during COVID, her classes went on hiatus, so got these so I could provide her a target while she practiced her punches, elbows, knees and kicks. Due to its size, I would say these are mainly for punches and maybe elbows. Mitts were used a few times a week for about 2 years and then used less frequent. They have held up well and are pretty comfortable to wear, The padding is adequate, though I am absorbing blows from a young person and not an adult. It seems like it would still be fine as a target for an adult striking it. It's been 2+ years and seams are intact, velcro still grips and no cracking in the material. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  These boxing pads are so sturdy they fit my small hands and also my husband hands you can make them tighter if you like, they do the work, bought a pair of boxing gloves for my son and he loves it! Is really inexpensive and affordable!!😁👍

My son (14 years old) and his friends use these with their boxing gloves. I think it's a great work out for them and good for them to release anger in a positive way!
