For the past several years I have been taking ADC Bp Cuffs and Stethoscopes with me on my visits to The Philippines as donations for Educational Institutions, Medical Mission Organizations and even for a City Jail in which some of the Jail Officers are also Certified Licensed Nurses. Although I am not engaged in the medical profession itself, I was formerly employed by a manufacturer of Medical Electronic physiological recording devices so I am familiar with how accuracy and durability counts. The ADC products I have purchased as donations are being used in The Philippines in what could be considered as a harsh tropical climate, especially when used in the field by organizations that conduct Medical Missions into remote areas. Prior to my travel from New York I have all of the Bp Cuffs checked by medical professionals that know how to properly use them. They are individually and comparatively checked for accuracy and consistency and I have yet to find one that has been out of tolerance. Prior to giving these out at my destinations in The Philippines they are once again checked to insure they are in proper working order. Not one failure yet. Those that I gave out several years ago are still being used regularly and are still as good as the day I donated them with the only possible exception being normal wear which of course is to be expected. Granted, these Bp Cuffs are not entirely " made in USA " but the mere fact that the word " American " is used in the brand name makes these items something very special to those in The Philippines that are now using them and they are considered as an item quite unique. To me, these are the right item at the right price and have now time proven their quality and value under various and sometimes harsh circumstances. I will be buying more of these as donations for my next visit. They are very highly valued by their recipients. I used this for my nursing clinical on frail elserly that were very thin, pediatric sizing. It fit that population very well. I also use on my kids for practice😬

I work as an advanced EMT and a wildland firefighter, and I recently cracked the glass on the gauge of my old blood pressure cuff. My favorite color is purple, so I was excited to get this device, if nothing else just for the color. I was actually surprised to find that it is a quality device as well. It attaches quickly on my patients arm and stay securely in place while I’m taking my readings. It is comfortable and fits a variety of sizes. I love the variety in colors, and I’m very happy with the price I paid for this item. It is an excellent value for the money.

I’m a nursing student and this is the cheapest sphygmomanometer I could find on the internet with free shipping and decent reviews. Actually worked well and helped me pass my blood pressure testing, definitely purchase if you need to practice for testing or need a pretty accurate sphygmomanometer. The needle on the dial can get caught sometimes but I just take off the face of the meter and fix it myself. Otherwise great.

Das Gerät ist unhandlich. Die Trennung von Anzeige und Pumpe ist bei anderen Produkten deutlich besser gelöst, z. B. dadurch, dass die Anzeige sich an der Pumpe befindet. Weiterhin ist die Verarbeitung schlecht; kleinste Bewegungen führen zu wildem Ausschlag der Nadel, was bei anderen Produkten nicht der Fall ist, vermutlich weil die Druckleitungen dort dicker und steifer sind. Aber das Schlimmste ist der Messfehler! Der gleichzeitige Vergleich mit Profi-Geräten zeigte bis zu 50 mmHg Unterschied! Bei dieser Messgenauigkeit könnte man einen lebensbedrohlichen Zustand eines Patienten nicht von einem normalen Zustand unterscheiden! Keinesfalls kaufen!

GRan producto, se recomienda. viene en su estuche. Bien protegido. Excelente: mi hijo esta Feliz, Lo tiré en mi brazo y tomé mi única presión sanguínea y todo parece estar bien. Se levanta muy rápido. El manguito tiene el tamaño perfecto para ocluir la arteria, pero deja suficiente espacio para adaptarse al diafragma del visor en el brazo sin tener que luchar demasiado con él
