My husband loves these blades, says they last longer and work better on his beard than any blade he's ever used!

Un poco caro, pero merece la pena, ya que tienen muchas vidas. Sigue afeitando perfectamente despues de reutilizarlas no se cuantas veces, pero me duran en ocasiones mas de dos semanas y no siento irritación, a pesar de tener una barba de pelo muy grueso. Según mi experiencia, he probado cuchillas gillette tope de gama, con las que solo me he podido afeitar una vez, a la siguiente me arrancaban la piel de la cara. Pero claro el prestigio obtenido por los anuncios es mas importante, según mi opinión, que la calidad de las cuchillas gillette. Por desgracia, ya me es imposible comprar estas cuchillas wilkinson hydro 5 en las tiendas de mi barrio, donde por cierto, eran mucho mas baratas. Merecen la pena aunque tenga que ir a Andorra a comprarlas, son las mejores.

I wrote a review previously about the handle and blade and not much has changed in my eyes. I believe that the Mach 3 is the definitive razor to beat and the marker for comparison: yes it has been around a long time, but three blades has been sufficient to give me a very close shave up until now, so that was the one to beat. I achieved a very close shave at least as good as the Mach 3 if not better: the one thing that I didn't like is the sheer bulk of the razor cartridge, which being much larger than a Mach 3 blade made it much harder to shave that bit just below my nose. Allowing for that one negative comment, I do feel that it is better than a Mach 3 but whether it would be worth replacing a Mach 3 for the sake of it I am not sure it would be worth the money, but as I have it now, I am very pleased.UPDATE 10TH NOVEMBER 2015I have been using the razor and replacement blades now for over three years. The blades continue to provide me with a close shave, particularly with the still original oscillating handle (had to change the battery once) still carrying the blade refill. The blades remain the same, last for a similar period; for me around 10 shaves, but I have known them to last longer if my Amazon if I am out of sync with my Amazon Subscribe and Save order. Still a quality item and competitively priced.
