These I purchased from Amazon back on August 13, 2012. I tried a few of these and they do help, mainly because of the length of time they remain in your month... Using 1 per hour time you got done with one got a drink, and waited the required 15 minutes after eating or drinking before using the next one, the whole hour has come just about come and gone. The seller I ordered these these through took over a week to get them here, i think it was right at about a week and half. The way I seen it if i used these the way the directions said (witch does work) then in about 4 days i would be out... I put these on hold for a month or so till i get some more in, (im ordering 3 bottles) and had time to get the extra stress out of my life. I do feel once i get my other bottles in, that these will work. Like everything else for stop smoking there not magic, you will haft to put some effort into it but they will help you if you let them. They don't really have a taste to them. As they dissolve they feel somewhat gritty like under your tongue though, but there not bad.My advise is if your really serious about wanting to quit and decide to give these pills a try, order at least 3-5 bottles so you have plenty on hand till you can get some more. If you mess up like i did and just get 1 bottle, once you see these works, your be out before you can get more, then your just back to full smoking again. The original seller i ordered from was Web Vitamins. When I order something from Amazon I always look at the XX more page to see witch seller is the closest and ships the fastest for the best price. On these pills if you notice most says this item takes an additional 3-4 days for delivery, at the time Web Vitamins was the only one that did not say that. But it was 5 days after ordering before they actually shipped these to me. I think most of the sellers here has these dropped shipped from somewhere. So keep that in mind if your only planning on getting just 1 bottle.

The first tabs made me feel strange (and I did not want a cigarette. But this is a difficult habit to break. This will not do it all, but it sure makes me stop and think before I light up. The plus is that after the first few pills, it was not nauseous... I don't take one every hour, but when I feel the "urge" for a smoke. Some some of this is psychological and some physical. It's easier for me to put down the cigarette I THINK I want...

I think this product helped with the cravings, but due to the need to take it 15 minutes before or after eating or drinking, and I'm always sipping on a beverage, it was difficult for me to use.

And he said he doens't work worth anything. I almost bought him a pack of cigs because well his withdrawling is not fun for anyone!

Worked somewhat for a very brief period of time.
