Baxley LA Chock Motorcycle Wheel Chock

Worth every penny paid.

Many of the competing chocks would likely work well for lighter bikes… This LA Baxely is made for larger bikes...very sturdy..I have a 500+lb Honda vtx 1300(cc) classic bike with a 5" diameter front tire. This "LA model" chock is the best designed I could find and I have no regrets . the Baxley has a unique adjustable capture shoe mechanism that grasps the tire and once in the V block the front end is held solid. Other competing units were too specialized by bike type, too flimsy, too limited in tire width, or specific for a trailer or a garage but not both, not really stable.The Baxely Pros and ConsPros: 1)One man load and unload. 2) adjustable capture shoe will accommodate several tire diameters. 3) STURDY wide foot construct and grasping capture shoe -You will not casually knock this baby over. 4) works equally well on a traier and a garage floor. 5)well constructed – heavy gage steel tubingCons: little pricy, - you get what you pay for. 2)a little heavy at 30lbs. 3) I don’t think small bike/scooters would fit well.

I plan to purchase another one for second transport options.BEST product I've bought for my road king since I owned it.

I just bought a toy hauler RV and was worried about being to strap it down once I drove the bike up and in it. No problem at all. Rode it right into the chock, it locked the wheel in, got off and strapped it in. The chock has rubber ends so I didn't even have to bolt it down in the floor!

I don't usually review items but this was probably the best choice I've made for my 2019 Indian Scout Bobber.Sure there are Wheel Chocks available for less then $100.00, but you'll see in the reviews they slide all over the floor and are cheaply made. Baxley LA Chock comes preassembled, all you have to do is adjust for your tire width... for Scout bobber it was 130mm. Easy to adjust and this chock ( upright stand) does not slide all over the floor it stays put... loading or unloading. Heavy Duty, Quality you can feel and feel safe when your bike is on and it's MADE in USA !!!I think your bike is worth spending few extra $$$ and getting the very best.

Wow is this a perfect product. I just purchased a Harley Fatboy that tips the scales right at 700 pounds. This beautiful chock holds my bike like a vice. Looks really well made. If your looking for a chock that you can feel comfortable leaving your bike sitting in the chock with NO tie downs this is the ONLY chock I would purchase. I drive right into the chock and my 700 pound bike is going no where. I don’t need any tie downs. There is NO other chock on the market that can stand up to this beauty unless they also have multiple tie downs. Folks while it is pricy you truly get every dollars worth with this heavy well made product.

Most bikes need to be upright and level to change fluids, etc. This chock does the job and more. It fits my Harley, Gold Wings, & Yamaha perfectly. However, if you have a painted floor, it will slip forward and prevent getting the front wheel getting over the pivot point. To solve my problem I purchased a cheap rubber door mat and made a small ramp out of a 2x6.This allowed the front tire to easily get over the pivot and get securely into the chock. Love it now.

Very sturdy and easy to roll the bike in. Don’t know why I waited so long to get one.
