Description
- New to hoop dance? Looking for a hoop that is light enough to do some off body hooping with and still has enough weight to work on your on body hula hooping? The Spin Majik Beginner Dance Hoop was designed for you!
- Measuring 36" by outside diameter and weighing approximately 10 ounces, this hula hoop is not a heavy, weighted exercise hula hoop. Instead of the black irrigation tubing found in hardware stores and commonly used for beginner hula hoops, this is made with a lighter weight 3/4" OD high density polyethylene (HDPE) hula hoop tubing. HDPE tubing is durable, resistant to freezing and cracking and has a soft, bouncy feel making it the ideal material for entry level hula hoop dancing
- This dance hula hoop comes fully taped with your choice of shiny deco tape and has an inside strip of 1/2" grip tape to help you stay in your flow and to add just a little bit more weight to your hula hoop which helps keep its momentum
- Handmade in the USA. Materials: 3/4" measured by outside diameter HDPE tubing, super strong polycarbonate connector, aluminum push button, POP rivet, deco tape, 1/2" cloth grip tape
- Crafted with a single piece of tubing and connects with a push button. Your dance hoop is collapsible and coils down to around 18" OD for when you're on the go (ships coiled)
This hoop was designed for those new to hoop dance. Weighing approximately 10 ounces, this isn't a heavy exercise hoop. Instead this dance hoop is made with HDPE tubing. HDPE is softer and lighter than the standard black irrigation tubing used to make beginner hoops which makes this dance hoop more suitable for those who want to start learning off body tricks in addition to on body waist hooping. HDPE tubing is also much more resilient, less susceptible to cracking and not as rigid as lightweight performance hoops made with polypro tubing making this hoop a better fit for those just beginning their hoop dance journey. This dance hula hoop also includes an inside strip of 1/2" cloth grip tape (gaffers spike tape) that helps you stay in your flow. We recommend that you hoop on softer surfaces like carpet and grass since drops to harder surfaces like concrete will scuff up your tape really quickly (which won't effect its performance in any way, only its aesthetics)...or add character to your tape job depending on how you view it ;)
