Kefir grains ferment sugars in milk and sugar water to produce a probiotic beverage called Kefir. They unlock many nutrients and increase their bioavailability; in addition they provide many health benefits. You will receive 1 heaping Tablespoon (3 teaspoons) of live active Milk kefir grains and 1/4 cup of live active water kefir grains. We use optimal organic ingredients to grow our kefir grains and we only use culture friendly utensils to ferment kefir. Printed instructions for making milk and water kefir are included with every order. In addition we will provide e-mail support to answer any questions. We ship Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 1:30 PM PDT/PST time to prevent the grains from sitting over the weekend during shipment. Shipping days are subject to change depending on your location. We only ship fresh milk and water kefir grains within the 50 US states.
