Readi Bake BeneFIT Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies -- 48 per case.

I was a little hesitant to order these midsummer due to the heat possibly melting the product. These arrived earlier than expected with ice packs and an insulated wrap. My kiddo has missed having them since school got out for the summer, so tried one right away and said they were yummy!

Amazing it was all wonderful but, I have a question I ordered what was on the image description “chocolate chip cookie dough” but, I received banana chocolate chip, “Oh well”.

I remember eating this bars in school and loved them. So naturally as an adult had to buy them for home. They still taste great, and felt like it was a good price.

My daughter school provides this in snacks and these are her favorite bars. She is big time chocolate fan. These bars are nutritious and keeps her full for good hour or so. We always take them in her snack box everywhere we go.

**UPDATE/ADDED STARS: Price is back down to the $76. Thank you. Also, unintentionally omitted in my original post... Orders always arrive prior to expected delivery date and product is packaged (frozen) extremely well.** Let me start by saying my son has a dietary repertoire of about 12 items. It's very rare that 1.) he'll actually try something new and 2.) like it. So it came as a great surprise when he started talking about the oatmeal chocolate chip bar at school and how much he looked forward to getting it during school breakfast. Not knowing what exactly I was looking for, I tried all year (2019-20 school "year") to find something comparable at grocery stores and online with no luck. Fast forward to "Grab & Go Meals" provided by the school during quarantine & distance learning and I finally had one in my hand. I have to admit, it's a meal in itself. By far, bigger than any bar at the store and nutritionally acceptable. Between you and me though, I don't understand the hype. There's nothing special about the taste. At all. Honestly, I think it's just "meh" but my kid? He BEGS me for these and seeing him eat regularly for the first time ever, what can I do? H O W E V E R.... I've ordered 4 times from this company in the past few months and am DISGUSTED with the price gouging. I was shocked when my first order was $64 for 48 bars and, to be honest, had to give it some serious thought. THEN! the 2nd and 3rd orders were $76 (each) but by that time I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, how do I not get them when he's finally gaining weight and actually wanting to eat?! I've made it a habit to check every so often to see if the price has come back down so imagine my surprise when today the price is $98 for the same 48 bars. ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME?! Apparently, there IS something I won't do to get my kid to eat. I'm so frustrated and angry, I guess it's back to square one and the search for something comparable.

This product must be kept frozen or it dries out and compromises the integrity, taste, and texture of the BeneFIT Bar. In their description of the BeneFIT bars it says, "Ships frozen, CANNOT be cancelled after being processed." The BeneFIT bar came in a cardboard box without any insulated product or ice. The BeneFIT bars were not frozen, warm to the touch. Very disappointed. One positive is that IF these bars do arrive frozen, they are delicious!!

just like from school, great quality, it came shipped with ice packs so the texture and chocolate chips wouldn't be melted, I like eating these everyday for breakfast
