It's protective but some poor workmanship
Some threading at the buttons and it does feel like thin material but it's perfectly ok to use in the lab. Thicker options are better but it is protective and not a defective in it's function.

Getting ready to return to uni I have just unpacked this item, one of the cuffs had a button but no button hole and the chat is rather pink/purple! Have loaded a picture of it next to another lab cost that is white.It is nice material though

Just what was needed for comfort and handiness
This coat was purchased for my husband to wear when decorating.It is very handy to keep his tools in the pockets and roomy enoughto let the air circulate in the warm weather.He is now a comfortable decorator.

Quality control rather poor
Quality control is rather poor on this item - only 3 of the 4 button holes have actually been cut. The description claims 95% cotton but this is rather glossy and feels more like 95% polyester

Bought at short notice for a Cosplay, this coat really hits the mark! It fitted over the main costume beautifully.
