Had to exchange since the first one I received was defective. However, the replacement works great! Wish I’d bought it sooner! Taking a shower with this shower head reduces the amount of time I normally spend rinsing shampoo from my hair. The long cord is very flexible and not intrusive and changing the nozzle to the different spray patterns is smooth. Highly recommend.

I bought this because I was wanting a handheld shower head. I looked at tons of them for a few days before deciding on this one. I'm glad I did because it's been nice. It was easy to install, I did it myself while my Husband was at work. He LOVES it. My favorite part is the hose. Most of these have stiff hoses but this one is SO flexible. I read reviews on other ones & when I read the hose is too stiff I would immediately skip that product because the hose is a very important part of it & a stiff one just adds frustration that nobody wants. I've purchased about 10 different kinds of these in the past, for rental houses & this one BY FAR is my favorite & I will stick with it. The only thing I wish it had was an off switch. So when you're in the bath you can turn it off while you wash your hair & then pick it back up & switch it on to rinse. Turning the water on the tub itself off has worked ok for me though. I do recommend this to anyone looking for a good handheld shower head.

This showerhead is lightweight but built well, gives great water pressure and looks sleek. The hose is real metal instead of plastic. The head itself is 5 inches across so feels like a spa shower.

Great shower head for the price. One of the seals on mine arrived cracked, rather than deal with the hassle of exchanging it a little plumbers tape solved the issue. The hose for this thing is long and very relaxed, I hate those stiff hoses a lot of shower heads have that get in the way, twist the head, etc. The hose on this one feels like a metal rope and is very relaxed. The head is constructed from plastic, but feels sturdy enough to last. I don’t know if it could take a fall, but the hose is just short enough it keeps it about 3 inches from my tub floor if it did fall. I mean it’s a shower head, not a hammer, if you’re doing anything in the shower aggressive enough to be concerned with your shower head taking a beating this might not be the best product, aside from that it’s a good head. Highly recommended.

Worst shower head I ever spent my money on. We have hard water so we go thru shower heads 3 times a year. Description says high pressure I got a trickle. Yes I can install them correctly but still doesn't work. Save your money go to walmart!!

I really like this product. It was a little difficult to install but one I figured it out everything went together like a glove. Be sure to have thread tape when installing.

The first one I recieved was broke, so I had to send it back. The second one I received was leaking and my husband noticed the washer was the wrong size, therefore causing the leaking. He was tired of dealing with it so, he just left it alone. Hopefully it lasts a few years.

I love this shower head more than my really expensive one. The company was also very great to work with even though the issue I had ended up being my own error.
