I am currently on my 3rd day of taking this Keto Detox; I was fine after the first day (I took it as directed: 1 in morning and 1 in evening) - however, this AM I experienced terrible diarrhea after taking the 2 per day yesterday. In other words, I'll take only 1 per day now as this is a powerful detox! It certainly 'works' well, and I look forward to getting 'cleaned out' and continuing to lose weight. I do recommend this, but be forewarned and go easy to begin with.

This pills do not help I’ve been taking this pills and let me tell you they don’t break down they will float and expand to the point you need to throw it up and when you throw them up it will still be in pill form extra long and black at first I thought when I threw it up that it was somthin I ate but it continued and when you see these pills come up they will look like black worms I do not recommend these pills to anyone they will leave you bloated and sick to the point you just need to throw it up they have a high defect to them even if you eat something these pills won’t digest at all doesn’t matter how much water you drink it doesn’t break down

Very good addition to my keto diet. I have been on keto diet for about 2 months, these keto detox really reduce the bloating, gas, and constipation. It is amazing how fast it works, I started feeling better very quick. Just take 1 in the morning with a glass of water. No diarrhea. Pills are easy to swallow with no after taste.

It gives me more energy so far. I'm still new at IRS but excited to see where it goes!

These cleanse pills are amazing! They really cleanse your system but aren’t harsh like many of the other cleanses on the market. They did not upset my stomach at all. I take one pill in the morning and one pill at night and they have helped me to stay regular. Highly recommend, whether you are keto or not!

I've been using this product for about two weeks I noticed that I don't have the sugar urges my weight is steady. I've been going to the YMCA pool about 4 days a week. I think its helping a little bit but so is the gym and diet cutting out sweet's and salt white rice and flour don't buy this product in bulk start out with a months supply and judge for your self don't believe all the hype about the product. These are perfect. Not only do i feel cleaner but i feel so much better too. Because of the ginger root i have also lost those unhealthy cravings which has helped me drop some more weight. I will be re order before these run out.
