The tiny, tiny fork is amusing to me. The five stars are for the product but i give desertcart 2 stars on the process because i had a gift card balance that i wanted to use first and I thought it would ask me for the secondary payment option after the gift card cleared but immediately the transaction was complete and they said the invoice would be emailed to me. The next day everything seemed fine with same delive3ry date. I assumed the payment just rolled over to my secondary form of payment on file. Two days later it says there is a problem. I needed the items for an event but then it was going to arrive too late. I decided to keep these for Christmas gifting because they are so cute. I cancelled the other items. Review: Cute gift - Exactly as expected ## Features - Dual compartments for versatile meal combinations. - Secure 2-point locking lid for mess-free transportation. - Authentic My Neighbor Totoro illustrations for a charming touch. - Durable construction with polypropylene and silicone materials. - Microwave-safe without lid and compact design for convenient use at work. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07MTMBXMC | | Additional Features | Microwave Safe | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #45,241 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #683 in Lunch Boxes | | Brand | Skater | | Brand Name | Skater | | Capacity | 1.1 pounds | | Closure Type | Snap | | Color | Brown | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 3,366 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04973307451584 | | Included Components | Fork | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 2.3"D x 11"W x 3.54"H | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 4.61"L x 4.61"W x 3.54"H | | Item Form | Stackable Round | | Item Weight | 4.48 ounces | | Manufacturer | Skater | | Material | Polypropylene | | Material Type | Polypropylene | | Number of Compartments | 2 | | Pattern | Animal Print | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Recommended Uses For Product | Picnic, Work | | Shape | Round | | Special Feature | Microwave Safe | | Style Name | My Neighbor Totoro | | Subject Character | Totoro | | Theme | Forest | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Skater - **Capacity:** 1.1 pounds - **Cartoon Character:** Totoro - **Color:** Brown - **Material:** Polypropylene - **Product Dimensions:** 2.3"D x 11"W x 3.54"H - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Picnic, Work - **Special Feature:** Microwave Safe - **Theme:** Forest ## Images ![My Neighbor Totoro - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61mr3n8gBLL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this product dishwasher safe?** A: This product cannot be used in a dishwasher or dryer. Although it is a lock type, please note that the function to prevent juice leakage is not strong. **Q: Is this air tight? I want to do overnight oats in this.** A: I do not know if air tight but liquids do no leak **Q: What is the 1 A required battery for?** A: I have no idea. I don't remember it saying that either mine. It sounds like a listing error. There isn't anywhere go even out a battery. Its a lunchbox pretty much. It's a great lunch box too and easy to clean. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cute bento lunchbox. I would ignore the battery part though. **Q: Does this keep food warm? My niece prefers warm rice or spaghetti. If we heat up the food in the morning, would it stay warm until lunchtime? Thanks!** A: Dear customers. Unfortunately, this product does not have a heat retention function. This is because the container is made of polypropylene, not the double structure of stainless steel like products that have a heat retaining function. Although it can be reheated in the microwave, it cannot be used for washing in the automatic dishwasher. We hope this answer will serve as a reference to our customers. The tiny, tiny fork is amusing to me. The five stars are for the product but i give Amazon 2 stars on the process because i had a gift card balance that i wanted to use first and I thought it would ask me for the secondary payment option after the gift card cleared but immediately the transaction was complete and they said the invoice would be emailed to me. I cancelled the other items. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute gift *by A***R on July 31, 2026* Exactly as expected ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit small but good *by L***. on June 8, 2023* A bit small. I knew buying this it was going to be small. I read the reviews and the product description and had an idea. The size isn't bad for a kid as it's a child's bento box. I've seen complaind is its size but the description is there for you to read. Now ontonthw bento box. It is cute and the perfect size for small kids. It is partially leak proof and not. So the top portion isn't leak proof but the bottom is with the inner lid. The inner purple lid is rubbery, you just have to make sure it's sealed tightly. Another cool thing is that you can single stack this with the inner lid and top lid and clamp it closed. There is texture in the 2 food portions to help keep food from slipping around which is nice. ## Frequently Bought Together - Skater My Neighbor Totoro 2 Tier Round Bento Lunch Box with Folk (17oz) - Authentic Japanese Design - Microwave Safe - Brown - Skater My Neighbor Totoro Thermal Insulated Lunch Bag with Zip Closure - Foraging - My Neighbor Totoro Utensil Set - Includes Reusable Fork, Spoon, Chopsticks and Carrying Case - Authentic Japanese Design - Durable, Dishwasher Safe- Flower Field --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/125261895-my-neighbor-totoro](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/125261895-my-neighbor-totoro) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
