They do stretch through the waist and legs, and move with you. Great for jobs that make you bend frequently.

I am 5’8, and sometimes need TALL, & they’ll be too dang long, but the reg will be too short! Ugh… ***Now about these exact Scrub pants: I recently bought this exact pair of scrub pants in a S regular and they are PERFECT. So nice that I ordered another same exact size and they are about a inch and a half shorter!!

I’m 5’7” 227lb and a regular length XL fits perfect for me, I also have a pair of Lg that aren’t too terribly tight. I think they’re long enough that someone just a bit taller would be ok with reg length, I definitely think 2X would be too big.
