2019 Upgraded Version GZDL Decompression Back Support Belt for Men & Women, Back Brace Back Pain Lower Lumbar Support, Spinal Air Traction Belt (for 29 inches to 49 inches Waists)

Today is my first day wearing the belt. I pumped it up and drove to work. What I did notice is that when I got out of my vehicle my back was in 70% less pain. It is keeping me from hunching over too. It feels good right now. I hope that in time it will give me additional relief, better than the knife in my back.

This is a good product, but it doesn't fit me that great. Why do they try and capture such a huge range of sizes? I am a 30-31" waist and this BARLEY fits at its tightest setting. Would be much better if they offered it in just two sizes, one for smaller people and one for larger people.

Missing Extend Belt. The product description does list an Extend Belt as an included item. Without the Extend Belt, the product is unusable for the person this was purchased for. Amazon refers to "Please contact the seller directly for warranty information for this product. You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website." though there isn't any known website. There isn't a country of Origin listed anywhere on the box, on the product, or the user manual, which is in violation of title 19 u.s.c. § 1304.Please leave a comment regarding the contact information for Customer Service. The only option available is to return the entire product to Amazon, and hope that Amazon ships back the complete item.The support belt appears to function properly. It holds air pressure and seems to be well made.

While it may not be a miracle solution to my back problems it IS very helpful and much appreciated. The product is of good quality and well made and the price was just right for my budget. The reviews were helpful. I am very pleased with this product. I have had lower back problems off and on for much of my adult life. This belt relieves my pain the moment I put it on and for several hours after wearing it. That is a big deal to me. I use it most every day, usually in the evening. I find it works best right next to the skin and the correct position is just resting on the hip bones as per the instructions. It is comfortable to wear, not bulky and does not impede activities. I recommend it highly.

While a great idea of "wearable traction" , for me it seems to just lift the fat.I don't think (for me) it actually puts traction on the spine.For a thin person it might work well.

When back pain is intolerable, this back support really helps take the weight off the pressure on your back. Easy to use. Simply pump up the brace and your are set to go. Is nice when you are doing manual labor.

Works well but the Velcro will rub a little and get annoying. I wear a compression T underneath it to solve that issue. I’m a disabled Vet with back issues and this seems to help a good deal

This product has really been great for relieving my lower back pain in the short time I've used it. Hopefully it will also cure my bulging disc problem with continue use without needing to have surgery. It is also a well made product and I found I can easily wear it while working-out or exercising and it is fairly comfortable for my 34" waist but not sure for larger waists? The only issue is that sitting with it on can be uncomfortable unless you remove some air but then it’s not decompressing my back. Heck try it out and return if it doesn't work for you. For me it really helped!
