It is the best, works well, but two things to know:1. You need to take quite a few because they're smaller so figure this into the pricing/value2. With all fish oils, taking it is considered taking a blood thinner. Just let your doctor know.

I use in combination with some other things to regrow the nerve endings in my feet so for me the effect is not nearly as quick as I would like. Its kind of a slow process.

Easy to swallow but it didn't specify the type of wild fish oil on the bottle. How do I know if it's salmon or catfish etc.🤔🤔🤔

Expiry date was very near for 120 capsules 12/19.. it should be at least one year from the date of order.
