Is this compatible with thinkcenter m92p mini usff?

My guess would be no, it charges a laptop battery using the large round 20 volt plug. Isn't that a 110 volt AC desktop?

Will this work for a 520 think pad

Look at the manufacturer web site, this is a thick plug if your is a thick plug it will work. Also look at input and output on the original power you have. If they matching you can cut the 🔌 and switch it
