Pros: Actually helps when you have an upset stomach. Can feel relief within 20 minutes. Love love LOVE the individual packets!Cons: still tastes weird but I'm already used to it. I don't like the powder that settles to the bottom but it's just a minor thing. Other than that it's an excellent tummy soother that I can always carry on hand. Thanks!
