I am a beekeeper and I was very skeptical that this would actually taste like honey but, not only does it taste like honey, it has the consistency of honey when in contact with water. I guess that is because it is honey. I looked up the process for dehydrating honey and this is a real thing. They added some maltodextrin and silicone dioxide to help it have a fine powdered consistency. I can just barely taste the additives which is why I knocked off one star for flavor. It is great for adding to warm beverages and much less messy than normal honey.

Used for my hot tea. Leaves a horrible taste in my mouth.

I love this honey powder! I sprinkle it on my popcorn with cayenne pepper and salt for a sweet and spicy treat. I've purchased from this seller before and the experience is always great. Product arrives well packaged and fresh. Highly recommend!

This stuff is awesome! It tastes like honey without all the carbs and calories. I made some keto cornbread (no corn but tastes like it) and melted some butter and put a little of this powdered honey in there and it was like dessert. Love, love, love! This has now become a staple in my cupboard.

I bought this to use in healthy shakes. It does list maltodextrin as an ingredient, but after looking up what it was and it‘s uses, I figured it was being added in small doses to prolong the storage life of the honey powder. After tasting the product, I think they most likely use it as a filler to decrease the amount of actual honey powder in the bag. The ratios of the three ingredients aren’t listed anywhere. I won’t be using the bag I have, and I’ll look for something without maltodextrin. Starts out with a strong honey taste, but quickly turns into a terrible aftertaste that lingers for quite awhile. Disappointed.

Topping on cereals, etc. Good flavor, but texture could be improved as it tends to bind and clump together in the presence of a liquid.

I use honey powder in my coffee every morning. It’s delicious and a small amount is all you need to sweeten your beverage. You can also use it for your cooking and baking needs.

I had high hopes for powdered honey. Unfortunately the taste is a bit off for me. It almost tastes like an artificial sweetener. I will say that it’s very sweet and a little goes a long way. Just know it’s not gonna taste as much like the real thing.
