I love these shells! When I ordered I thought they were the Paua Abalone but they're not. They're just regular crushed shells. I'm assuming they are dyed because I had to crush them up even more to get smaller pieces and the insides are white. 🤷🏻‍♀ Im not 100% sure they are dyed but appear that way to me?! They are beautiful for crafts and resin projects! So far I used them in this resin geode piece. Even with crushing them even more they were still large chunks but I worked with it. All in all I would probably buy again. They come in a bag that's about 4×7 inches and it was pretty full. I just wish they had different mm size pieces available. Beautiful colors though and nice hard pieces! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because they were larger pieces than I thought they would be! 💙💜

When this arrived, I was pleased with the large amount of shells in the bag. The color was somewhat darker than I anticipated but they are beautiful, iridescent and I plan to use them in mosaic art. Highly recommend.
