If you are in the market for a ready to drink protein shake you can’t do much better than this. It tastes much better than most (I tried the chocolate) and if the label can be believed you’re getting a lot of protein per serving, more than any other I have tried.The only downside (for some) is that this a COMPLETE drink and thus has a lot of simple carbs (sugar/maltodextrin) and this could be a deal breaker for those on stricter diets, or anyone that has diabetes etc. it’s a bit daunting for me to consume 50g of what is essentially just sugar per serving but this isn’t something you should be drinking everyday.Other than that I’m happy with them despite the high price and inconvenient glass bottle. This is a SUPPLEMENT not a replacement for real food. Will try the other flavours and drink them occasionally when I’m feeling lazy.
