They are a bit tight. They seem to work okay but I did feel the heat when I picked up a cooking plate that was at 300 degrees, didn't think that would happen and in that I will be cooking at 400-500 in the future I am a bit concerned. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good with a couple of notes. *by S***K on February 28, 2015* These gloves worked. There are a couple of notes however. First, they can absorb hear and retain it. I left them in the shelf next to my grill and picked them up later. They were quite warm from the radiant heat. They do grip food very well. Did not have a problem transferring full racks of ribs from grill to table for foil wrapping and then back. There was an issue of removing the gloves. Once they are slick with residual oils and grease they are difficult to grip each other for removal. They washed in the dishwasher as advertised. You will want to pre rinse them a bit because the texture will want tohold onto food particles. Overall I will continue to use these gloves and may take them camping to see if they work well in that environment. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/12500710-the-best-heat-resistant-silicone-bbq-grill-gloves-1-bbq](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/12500710-the-best-heat-resistant-silicone-bbq-grill-gloves-1-bbq) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
