The cap was not sealed which makes me question the authenticity of the oil. I bought the same bottle in Rome recently and it was undoubtedly sealed.I purchased 3 other bottles the same time with this order and the seal on the other 3 bottles are questionable too.

This olive oil tasted awful. It was probably stale. I will never buy this again!

I first experienced this exceptional olive oil at a small café in Rome. Beautiful aroma, like that of fresh cut grass. It's my go to for salads, toppings on bread, scramble eggs, avocado's etc... Not used it for cooking, as there are other more suitable, less expensive olive oil alternatives.I've since ordered and re-ordered multiple times with no problems.
