This phone was purchased to replace a broken contract phone. Wasn't necessary for gismos and gadgets. Initially it was necessary to load all previous apps. This took a little while, probably due to lower processing capacity. That said, it does everything required, usual phone stuff plus minor gaming. Set up and operating is as good as Samsung it replaced. For the money it is difficult to beat. So pleased may change my Sony to the Black View Rugged.

Excellent phone and great customer service

It's cheap. I guess as a backup phone, you wouldn't mind its slowness and lack of long charge depletion. The screen is great as is its functionality. I returned my phone and purchased the A60 Pro. as the old cliche goes, 'they were chalk and cheese', in fact, I relegated my existing phone to a backup and use the A60 Pro as my primary phone. Spend a few pounds more for the Pro model and you'll forever wonder how they can build it for the price they charge.

This is my 3rd Blackview phone, had the BV2000 and A7Pro. they are value for money, easy to use and compete with the big brands. Each of the phones serve me well, even when i misplace them, nobody steals it cos they wouldn't trade it for much. I only got this one cos my A7 pro fell and cracked and i needed a new one fast and it arrived on time. I like this new screen and that its a dual sim which is very useful on trips abroad . my concern is that the charger does not look sturdy enough even though it does its job now. secondly it is not as fast as the others, when imputting a command, i have to wait a second or two to get the response. thirdly i wish it has the finger print feature just like the A7 Pro as i got used to touching it rather than imputting the pin. All the same, I love the blackview range and will keep getting them cos it serves me well.

Decent phone, camera better than expected unfortunately my one developed a fault you would normally worry if that happens but I have to say the customer service was second to none offered a new phone or full refund opted for refund as a mate had already given me a replacement phone though money was in my gift card balance before the week was out. Defo buy from again knowing that if a problem developed I would be looked after.
