Charges my lipos and everything else :)
At first I was unsure of the description MPPT solar controllers on their own are quite expensive. So I thought it may be a PWM. However it's not it's definitely an MPPT and that's fantastic. It means the optimal charge rate from a solar panel even when the sunlight reduces. The build quality seems excellent with an aluminium body, it would have been nice to have a USB C but the smart charging USB port goes a long way to over come this. The two negatives I'm not struck on were the import port for charging being right next to the output ports. It's clearly labelled but I bet someone will try to use the wrong port at some point as they are the same connector. For me this isn't a big issue but just occurred to me to mention. The only other negative is the screen and charge read out, it's ok but would have preferred a percentage charge readout rather than 5 blocks. Over all the unit is excellent and those negatives are that big for me to drop a star from the rating. I have used it to charge 6s lipo batteries via the DC out. It will happily fully charge 6 X 6s 1100mah, I charged 4A. You can't go above 4.3 amps charging 6s as the 12v DC out is looking limited to 10A and the charger needs to step the voltage up. However this was the hardest test I could think of to apply constant load and it did extremely well. The unit apparently will automatically cut off when the voltage drops too low to protect against over discharge. This must be below 10V as I set a 10V limit on the my charger and I hit that before the unit cut off. That does seem low for a lipo but I'm not familiar with LifePO4 batteries so I would assume it's fine. It's 2000 cycle life battery so I'm ok if it shortens the life by a few cycles. Finally, at the price it's way better than I was expecting and the MPPT controller in this price range is such a nice surprise. Non of the point about are enough to make me drop a start they are more be aware. So top product Beaudens!

Excellent, well made and lightweight
Been watching this item for a while but a deal finally came up I couldn't resist. I didn't get it from Amazon direct but a seller through Amazon, China based but shipped from Oldham and arrived in 2 days๐๐ The unit is great, small, lightweight and very well made. The orientation of the 3-pin socket means if you have an adapter that drops down, it doesn't affect it, also the USB ports are not blocked but the plug like with another power station I have. It comes with a 3-pin charger, car charger, 12V adapter to charge mobile devices and a solar panel cable adapter so it can be charged by the sun. Check my video to show it powering the TV, bit I'll be using it to charge my MacBook whilst out of the house. Very happy with it๐๐

Versatile with a lot of power, while it lasted
This now sold as the Swarey Power Station, I have been using leisure batteries in a rolling trunk to power my Astro gear for ages, this thing is tiny by comparison but has roughly the same capacity as the bigger Celestron power tank. Also the case seems to very solid aluminium construction so quite sturdy, the carry strap is comfortable in the hand and if needed could easily be replaced with a long shoulder strap for convenience. As for capacity the first charge lasted about a week of roughly I hour a day use while solar imaging running an EQ5 Goto and cooled mono camera. I checked voltage regularly and it seemed to hold about 12.2V output with both devices running. Plugging in a laptop to the AC output drops this to 11.8v so not good for running the mount so it's a case of one or the other. It has also successfully run a night time session (3 hours) powering a heavyweight CEM 120 mount and mono camera and dropped about 1 bar in charge. At the end of the week charge had just dropped to 2 bars. We have also used it to power a small Coleman chiller box on a picnic this weekend, while out it dropped about 1 bar for an hour, we tried leaving it to run in the car but it got hot and shutdown safely so overall a good test. In truth it does not have the capacity of my old monster power tank with 85Ah SLA battery but that unit suffered badly in the cold and needed a new battery every 18-24 months so I'm hoping this a longer lived. Also 2kg Vs 25kg and compact size make it a winner. If I have a regret, it's not buying one sooner. Jan2022 Update I have tried running the mount with this over winter, it worked but seems to be sensitive to cold, it ran the CEM120 for about 3 hours in just above freezing conditions then shutdown still with 90% charge, it seems that it will need a box or bag to keep warm on cold nights. Still highly impressed with it. March 2022 Update. The earlier issues got worse and "up time" went down to a few minutes, after a some, at time frustrating messages with Swarey Support to describe and diagnose the problem including trying to provide a video of the unit a refund has been issued. Disappointing but ultimately OK as a result. Will I replace this unit with the rebranded Swarey unit, possibly not, much as I loved this little unit, with 20/20 hindsight the larger unit may have been better, but I will certainly look at the bigger Swarey unit.

Great value, good looking, very near perfect
I rate this generator highly. I've been using it to charge things for a few weeks now and find it works very well indeed. It looks great and is obviously well made and rugged - feels like it will last. Pound for Watt Hour it's one of the most economical power stations out there - probably best value if you disregard some very fragile ones. It allows charge-through, which many of these don't, so you can draw power from it while it's charging from solar. If a power generator can't do this I think it limits it's use considerably. Downsides - there aren't many, but I'd like a better screen - just showing bars for remaining power seems very basic - prefer a percentage or watt hours remaining. Built to cost I guess. My biggest issue is that it emits a horrible ear splitting alarm when it runs out of power. I guess this is for CPAP users, but given its low power rating I doubt it's much use for CPAP. This is otherwise pretty horrible and rules out one of my prime uses for it - powering a fridge at night when I'm camping. There's no point in waking me to say that the fridge has no power since there's nothing I can do about it - you don't appear to be able to turn this awful feature off. Otherwise, it's brilliant. Pocket Rocket
Will not quite fit in your pocket but the in terms of power to size ratio, this is a winner. After researching the many variations of these portable power generators I eventually settled for this Beaudens model. Needed a portable power bank for running a sub-woofer and speakers. My previous device, a rather heavy and bulky Ring jump stater power pack, had given up, and lets face it, I never used it once for jump starting a car, so what a refreshing change to have this compact device to do the same job for me. This power generator arrived promptly, and upon opening, I immediately thought this was going to be a quality product, even the box it came in is top end (if you like packaging !). Like others, and despite reading the dimensions of the description anyway, the size of this product does take you by surprise. How could such a relatively small device deliver the power. The overall quality of the finish is first class, and instructions and diagrams were well presented. Had this charged up, which took approx 1 hour as it had some charge in already, then I hooked it up to my speaker system and let it go for a good 6 hours playing music. The power bar had not dropped at all, so for me this is a winner, well done Beaudens.

Solar panel MPPT technology and! lithium iron phosphate battery chemistry....perfect!
I like companies that properly pack their products, and this BEAUDENS Portable Power Station comes very well packed indeed. There is an outer brown cardboard transit box, then inside that is the green BEAUDENS box, then inside that! box, the power station is suspended inside a closed cell foam carrier. So top marks to BEAUDENS. Once you finally get the power station out of the box, I suspect a smile will creep across your face, because this is the cutest little portable power station I have ever seen. From the photos on the Amazon website, the power station looks like it should be about the size of the inner green box, but it is much smaller and compact. It is quite heavy for it's diminutive size, but this little power station has two fantastic party tricks up it's sleeve. The first one is the battery chemistry. The BEAUDENS uses a Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery, which means that you will be using this little power station for around 10! years before the battery starts to degrade. The second is the BEAUDENS has MPPT (Maximum power point tracking) technology built in. That means that unlike many other power packs, the BEAUDENS will automatically match whatever solar panel you attach to it and maximise the charging power of the panel to it's battery, allowing you to recharge the power station as fast as possible. As an Electronics Engineer I looked around for months to find that combination of features, always ending back at the BEAUDENS, then just as I decided to purchase, it went on sale, so it was meant to be. If you need more power, then you will have to look elsewhere, but if this BEAUDENS has enough power for your camping/hobby needs, it is an absolutely solid purchase, even at full price. Highly recommended.

tiny!, great unit for the price
came half charged, took about 2 hrs to top up tiny unit, smaller than expected, hardly weighs anything so easy to carry all outputs work fine (plenty of usb sockets for me) will buy a foldable solar panel for charging 'in the field' for the 2 days a ear we get sun in the UK wish they would stop putting SOS in all lighting products! got a voucher/discount so worth the money

Good, but no power to plug socket...
Bought in 2022, just 3 years old. Use it only in power cut emergencies. Went to use it during storm Goretti when it hit down Cornwall. Charges battery strip lights via usb okay. However plug socket doesn't work, Can't power on a CPAP breathing device via this unit. We even tried plugging a kettle in too. Is fully charged.
