Toffifay Candy, 1.16-Ounce Packages (Pack of 24)

Probably among the best candies ever, hands down!I ordered this in november and it was delivered perfect. No melting, no taste issues, nothing but just great taste of Toffifay. :)Absolutely love this candy. I've tried it from various other places and the taste is consistent by all means. At least it was for this shipment at this time. Perhaps it the weather was hotter, there is not much that UPS, FEDEX or any other shipping company can do to prevent possible melting. Shipping it under some type of temp controlled conditions would drive the price through the roof. So quite frankly, the whole melting related complaints need to be tossed out the window when it comes to reviews. No matter what candy you order online, it's likely to melt by the time it gets to you during very hot season.as far as i'm concerned, this particular product is excellent. outstanding quality and price. can't beat it!

I was first introduced to Toffifay as a German student in high school. My teacher would bring these in as tastes when we would do well on treats or for prizes to games. The first time I ever ate one I fell in love. These are one of my favorite candies in the world. I don't get to have them very often as they're not sold locally anywhere to my knowledge so I do, unfortunately, have to purchase them online if I want some. I do, occasionally, buy a case to share with my friends and family because they're just too good to not have every once in a while.

Ok, so the other day, I just at random remembered these candies... I haven't seen them around the stores or gas stations in a long time and I used to buy them whenever I saw them when I was younger. I found this Awesome Deal on amazon and was all over it. They arrived fresh and chewy on the level of the very best pack I would have ever bought in the past. I'm sure they are fresher than I ever found them in the local stores in the past. Im so happy I found these! I gave a few boxes to family members whom also loved these and had kinda forgot about them too. I'll be buying more! Now I just wish "Bar None" candy bars were still around!

This is how each box of the 24 box order of toffifays I just got today arrived looking. (See top and side pic) Note today on a beautiful late April day. (Not hot, not cold) no jacket weather. I took the delivery in from the delivery truck immediately and opened to the most disgusted sight I'd ever seen of my favorite candy. Have never seen it so gone of texture, taste and appeal. And such an absolute waste of my $$. I don't know that I'd ever buy bulk again after this for worry of improper quality control like this. It was nice to have it in bulk but at least at the store I can throw back the stale hard as a rock ones, which have never looked anything close to this!!!

The chocolate was fine when it finally arrived, but I had 2 issues. I ordered this during March hoping to get it before it got too hot. It's chocolate after all. It took 5 weeks to arrive, on a 88 degree day. I put them in the fridge immediately so they are fine now. Just not sure why the long wait.

Very disgruntled. I have loved this candy since I was a kid many years ago. I decided to share my passion with my kids and family only to find it different these days. The candy is supposed to have a small hazelnut in the middle of each piece. I found that out of every box of 15 maybe only 9-10 had any nut in them at all. Many of the 15 just had a small piece of hazelnut. The candy is good, but the nut is pleasant taste. I will not be buying these again.

This candy isn't the easiest to find, since it's manufactured in Germany. My husband grew up on it and has been missing and searching for it for many years. We were able to find some (in a fabric store 2 hours away from home, of all places), and we bought the whole case that they had.Well, we didn't feel like driving two hours every time we needed to replenish our stock, so I decided to check on Amazon to see if they carried it. No surprise -- they did. Excitedly ordered it as hubby's "stocking stuffer" for Christmas, and it arrived fast and fresh!! He was thrilled and commented that the ones from Amazon tasted even softer and fresher than the ones we got from the store. No more long drives for us! Thanks Amazon!

I thought this would be the perfect candybar, I love hazel nuts, I love caramel, and I love chocolate. But there is something about the chocolate filling that I don't like. they claim a whole hazel nut in each piece, but it's probably only half. It's an OK candy, but I will never ever buy it again. I'll stick to Snickers with almonds!
