The product I initially received had several visible scratches around the weight display/measurement area, which gave the impression that it may have been previously used, returned, or repacked before being sent. I returned it and requested a replacement. However, the replacement unit I received does not have the brand name displayed at the measurement point, whereas the original unit clearly had the brand name there. This raises some concern about whether the replacement is the same genuine product or a different/repacked unit. I am also unsure whether the gram measurements shown by the replacement are accurate, as I currently have no reliable way to verify them. However, rather than going through another return and replacement process, we have decided to keep the product and use it. Hopefully, the weighing accuracy and performance will be satisfactory.
