SnuggleHose Cover (for 6 Foot Hose) - Sand B16

I'm new to the CPAP community, but I have found lots of information to help. When it started to get colder, I had problems with what seems to be called "flooding." I bought this is hopes that it would help curb this issue. Well it did, I must say its perfect. I was so happy with the product I purchase the zipper one in a different color from the manufacturer's website. The quality is excellent. And it helps keep the room from looking like a hospital. You know, I wasn't sure if this would actually help. I have had a really hard time getting just the right adjustment for my machine. I either end up with a nose so cold it wakes me up, or so much condensation that the water ran down my throat. The SnuggleHose works great and allowed me to fine tune everything to a happy medium. It was easier to put on than I expected. I thought there would be a problem with the velcro ends not staying in place, but they seem to work great too. I would definitely purchase this product again if I ever needed to. I haven't had a need to wash it yet, but it appears sturdy.

This covered my six foot hose, plus the small hose that attaches to the mask, with plenty of cover to spare. It bunches up a bit along the hose, but that just provides better insulation. It’s very soft and comfortable to sleep with, unlike a cover with a zipper or Velcro along it’s length. You will have to feed your hose through, but I was able to do it in five minutes. The key is to rubber band something next to the end of your hose and use that to feed it through. I used a plastic chopstick but a new toothbrush, narrow wooden spoon or anything long & thin should work.

How did I go 3 years without this. Keeps a cold hose from stirring me in the middle of the night!!

I read all the wonderful reviews on how this product has helped so many. I couldn't wait to get my cover. After receiving the cover and using it for several nights now, I, unfortunately am disappointed. The cover has helped slightly, but I am still experiencing a considerable amount of rain out throughout the night.

Works as advertised. One trade off though is that covered hose does not slide effortlessly over sheets..acts more like velcro...but it does help with insulation.

This is a great product. It eliminates condensation inside my heated CPAP tubing, helps protect the tubing from my cat (who wants to bite it), and goes on and off easily so the tubing can be cleaned.
