I have been using this book for about a year now, and it is holding up very well. I needed a taller server book since the checks for my job are much larger than traditional ones, and my checks fit perfectly. I am able to keep some reference materials, my "bank" for making change, all of my cash, my working and closed out checks, and a few miscellaneous bits of paper, all with no issue. The only time the book does not have a large enough capacity for all of my checks is when I am working a 12-hour day, and no server book would be able to contain that many checks anyway. I do not use the zipper portion for coin change, though; there is not enough wiggle room that I could get the coins in or out easily, so I carry a separate coin purse. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, and I have received compliments on the galaxy print. Several of my coworkers have bought the same book in different colors and prints, and the books work well for all of us.

Bought this for my full time server job. Had it for months now and its holding up very well. Little to no fading and there are only minute cracks in the leather from bending it the wrong way sometimes. Very sturdy and I love all the stuffing options for tips. Will buy another one when this one finally gives up

I purchased this book about five years ago and loved it so much that I recently purchased another when it started to wear. The pattern and colors are so beautiful, it’s durable and has lots of compartments for everything you need!

I really like this book. It has all the pockets I need, and a big plus is that when I drop it, which does happen, the money doesn't fall out!!

I needed something for when I serve sporadically. We use personal banks so I needed something to organize my money better than the guest check holders we were all using. I bought a couple different ones from Amazon, but this one was my favorite.PROS-I absolutely love that the edges on the sides are curved, which makes it MUCH easier to get in & out of your pockets. The squared edges of other books just snag when you're trying to put them back in your pocket so I was really pleased with these curved ones. The magnetic closure for the cash pocket is GENIUS. This way, it expands to hold a ridiculous amount of cash, but also, even if you're at the start of the day with only a few bills, they still remain in place and don't slip out! There are several compartments inside for keeping receipts and your order book if needed. Full disclosure I prefer to have my order book free so I can flip pages back and forth easily since I often have several pages going at a time, so I have not used this book with my order pad. I'm sure it's just as great if used that way, maybe just a bit bulkier.CONS-I do wish they offered this same exact design with the magnetic cash pocket in a shorter size. The book is long so when I need to bend over it is always awkwardly in the way and preventing you from being really free to move which is what I wanted to avoid since the guest check books were just as long and similarly in the way. The only other thing I dislike about this book is that the coin purse part is extremely stiff and nearly impossible to reach into and grab the change you're looking for. The other one I purchased had a much better coin compartment which was more flexible and easier to get into. Instead of being able to reach in, I kind of have to open the zipper, flip the book over and let coins fall out and hope I get some of the right ones.
