I have a serious snacking problem, especially after dinner. Most appetite suppressants eventually backfire on me because the contain caffeine and other ingredients that drop my blood sugar, causing me to need to eat more or feel like crap. This doesn't take away my appetite, but helps me eat much less than I normally would. And I don't need a lot of snacks. It's also helping with digestion a little because it is fiber. 100% recommend if you are looking for a little help reducing your munchies!

Used to get from Walmart, found on Amazon but my last 2 prime orders had something spilled on them... This one was super sticky it was gross. The other clearly had something spilled too. I'm returning and buying from Walmart like I used to.**the one from Walmart arrived as usual, no weird residue, smells or stickiness. Until Amazon works out what happened to their stock I'm not working with supplements without knowing what chemical was all over the bottles. Absolutely not worth it.5 for "Comfort" because I have a sensitive stomach and tons of dietary restrictions. This helps me a lot. Like if I'm working and can't eat or out for errands it helps you feel a little full and gives my stomach something to do so it doesn't hurt and cramp up if it gets empty. I'm really grateful this product works well. Plus it helps when you're in the mood for unhealthy food. It's not magic and you won't just lose weight but it helps and as an over eater this is magic to me in the pandemic ;)

UPDATE 11/12/19: After two months of taking this supplement (at the bottom of the 2nd bottle), I'm pleased with the results. While it's been the healthier, controlled food portions that have helped me drop weight and inches, this fiber supplement has made the process of eating less more bearable. I notice on the meals/days that I miss a dose (whether due to travel or being embarrassed to consume them in front of others), I feel a marked difference in being able to stop eating after the appropriate portion versus getting a second (and third!) serving.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~When I eat appropriate amount of complex carbs, protein, and healthy fats my body needs, I don't feel satisfied and I want to eat more. We're supposed to get at least 25 grams of fiber a day, at least 6-8 grams of soluble fiber. 3 servings (9 capsules) of Nova Glucomannan provides 6 grams of soluble fiber a day.When I started this supplement, I started slowly (1 serving/3 capsules/one meal/day). I took the supplement, drank at least 8 ounces of warm water, and waited at least 30 minutes before eating. This allows me to feel satiated with the whole food that I've measured out. I've steadily lost weight using this method.Keep in mind: if you take 9 capsules a day, this bottle will last 20 days.

This makes you feel full more quickly and stay full for longer. I thought all konjac root was the same, but I guess it’s not. I’ve used 3 different kinds including this one, and this one has worked the best. I was using another one and I found that this one makes me feel more full than other brands I’ve tried. It’s important to tell people that it stops your stomach from growling, but you will still want to eat junk if you’re on a diet. Hard to explain. It’s like your appetite is still there, and you really want cake, but your stomach is full. If you can handle that, this is extremely helpful. I’m very short and so my calorie deficit leaves me with only 1300 ish calories a day. So I have to use this or I can’t stick to my goals. Highly recommend (ps I take double the amount 40 minutes before meals).

I first read about konjac root in Prevention magazine and read more about it on the web. This is NOT a diet pill! It does not claim to be one. If one only takes it and thinks they will magically lose weight, they have another think coming. What it DOES do is help your stomach feel fuller upon eating. Along with cutting back on the amount eaten, drinking plenty of water, and a moderate amount of exercise, results will be seen over time. I have found that it doesn't stop those weird cravings, which are something else entirely. Mental I think. I try to consume three with a large glass of water before each meal and wait several minutes before eating. This does help me feel full until the next meal. They are a helpmate but must be used along with proper diet and activity. Not what most people want to hear. There is no magic pill out there people. With a correct mindset, they do do their job.

I tried this and it didn't help with fullness. I monitor my blood pressure several times a day due to having high blood pressure in the past. On days that I did take this, my blood pressure went up every time. Coincidental once or twice, maybe, but 4 or 5 times, not so sure.

As I take diuretic tablets I have found out that it constipsted me and I felt really bloted and uncofortable. I am not in any way saying it is a bad supplement. Just that you have to be careful the interaction with medicine you may be taking.

This product made me feel quite unwell and gave me stomach ache.I have used similar products in the past with no issues. This just doesn't agree with me at all

Only taken a days worth so far but they're perfectly fine so far..

I had such high hopes of these capsules but was very disappointed and would not buy them again. They did nothing for me.
