Not too Bad
I generally dont leave reviews but Im honestly impressed with how RC has stepped up their quality game. It used to be "stay away from RC as their products are subpar" hence why their price point was cheaper. However, while their 3.5" kit was cheaper than others out there, the quality is actually nice. I cant speak to their lift kits, but this leveling kit is quite nice. The shocks are heavier duty than stock (better than the Ranchos), probably not nicer than Bilsteins or Foxs, but you can upgrade down the road.Info:2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD Diesel3.5" RC Leveling Kit20x10 -18 Fuel Vapors295/60 (34") Patriot RTs 125Install:The install instructions were fine, no surprises and the kit comes with a 1/2 diff drop kit, same as other higher price kits. It was the hardest part of the kit, mainly cause you have to get a socket on the nut, I recommend a flex head stubby ratchet to get on it. ALSO when removing either the front or rear bolts from the diff only LOOSEN the bolts just enough to get the spacer in, DONT remove both bolts at the same time as the diff will drop more than you want and you'll need to jack it back into position, let one side bolt hold it in place while you put the other sides spacer in, repeat that for the rear and life will be simpler trust me. I also strapped the spindle up after removing the upper control arm, this was so I didnt have to disconnect the ABS wire. I also did one side at a time on the rear. Other than that the rest is easy peasy, follow the directions and you cant go wrong. I ended up doing some undercoating while I had the shocks and wheels off.Setup:For my application the directions said to set the torsion bar key bolts back to originally measured value, however when I did that, even after settling the suspension, there was about 1 1/2-2" of difference between the front and the rear, a little more rake than I like. So I did two full turns on the drivers side and 1 1/2 on the pass. side to set within 1/2" from front to rear, now the trucks sits more level. The CV angles are still well within acceptable angles. I did have to do some light trimming on the lower valance, nothing crazing about 3/4" of inch and I just followed the valances molded lines so it looks factory. I had to do some zip tying on the fender liner, lower front, it does rub a little there not bad, but Im just picky. The only reason I had to do any of that was the offset of my wheels, if you stick to what RC recommends you should have any rub issues, you could probably even get away with a 295/65 or a 35.**If you only wanted about a 2-2.5" increase in height you could just set your torsion bar key bolts to what the original measured value was and not worry about installing the rear blocks. The rear shocks should still be fine operating in that range but you may want to contact RC to make sure.Ride Impression:I was worried about it riding rougher since I cranked the bolts more on the torsion bars, but I think it actually helped. It rides WAY better than stock, partly due to more sidewall, but the shocks helped and I think since I cranked the bars a little more there is no "boating" effect, or bounce to the front of the truck.Overall Impression:At the price point, which is about 300-500 less than competitors, I would recommend this kit if a friend was wanting to level their truck. I was pleasantly surprised at the upper control arm quality, forged and they provide a ball joint cover that will help keep the junk off the grease zerk. Im still a BDS fan when it comes to bigger lifts but honestly Im impressed with the quality that RC has put into their products and would be interested to see what their full lift kits are like now, such as their 5 or 7.5" kits.

Great Ride, Easy Install. Money well spent
Initially was just going to crank the keys and call it a day. But I though back on my last truck and all of the correction I had to make later. With this kit, it’s a one shot deal. Lift/lever your truck with confidence. Great price considering todays market, easy online instructions for the DIYers and the ride quality is great. Couldn’t be more happy.

Cheap Parts & Lousy Warranty
I’ve been a life long rough country user. Put various RC parts on my last 5 vehicles but the newer parts are cheaply made now unfortunately. One of the shock absorbers completely snapped in half within 6 months and both upper control arms failed (both ball joints & bushings) within 15 months. Leaving my truck in a non-road worthy shape. Seller wouldn’t do the right thing and replace under their “Lifetime Limited Warranty”. Apparently lifetime only means 12 months. Ridiculous and misleading advertising at its finest. Seller had the audacity to send me a link to repurchase same parts at full price. What a joke, why would I buy faulty/cheap parts again? Just so I can replace in another 15 months? Laughable. Spend the extra few dollars on nicer parts and shock absorbers. I’ll be going with Fox parts from here on out. Pretty lousy way to lose a lifetime customer. Buyer beware!

Awesome lift.
Took me by myself about 1 hour and a half. For the front. Hardest part put spacers on diff. Ride like stock. Awsome and well made.

Good quality, poor performance.
The packaging and first looks are of high quality. The components look to be very nice. The installation was straight forward for the most part. The system is pretty clunky once installed. Rattling noise from the front when I hit bumps or go over things. Sounds like something is loose. But I've torqued everything down three times.

Caution: single wheel 3500hd single wheel truck owners
Front lift products work fineRear lift block were useless for my application. The stock u bolts were actually longer and thicker in diameter than the rc u bolts.Check to see if you have helper springs on your truck before you order.Overall I think it’s an ok kit.Wish I would have just bought uca’s, torsion keys and shocks since that’s all I really needed or got to use.If you wanted to find longer u bolts you could make the plastic lift blocks work.
