Did nothing. Still couldn't fall asleep after taking this. I experimented with doses of 1,2,4,5,7&10 I took each dosage on separate nights. I didn't experience any effects until 10. At which, I had no motor skills whatsoever and when I would start to fall asleep, I would feel my lungs and heart start to stop. Out of fear of death, I took about 100mg of caffeine to negate the OD. To my luck, my trick worked and I didn't have to dial 911.Thankfully, Amazon refunded my purchase and I was able to throw these suckers away and get my hands on some quality melatonin.

I have a hard time falling asleep at work awkward hours they're not always the same these pills work wonders
