Taking into account the price and quality this is an excellent knife.First impressions is that the blade is beautiful looking. The size of the knife balance is 8 inches and is razor sharp and cuts really well. It doesn't seem flimsy or flex at all, giving you a lot of confidence when you need to go a lot of greens or meat quickly.I like the included sheath which makes it safe to store if you don't like to put all your knives in a knife block.It's an easy to use chef's knife with a wide range of uses.I haven't had it for long and the blade hasn't dulled yet. I'm super impressed so far.

Best knifes i've ever used. Great weight and quality. Beautifully designed and, they remain sharp longer than any others i've used. I recently added to my collection. I've had my others for around a year and they've still not had to be sharpened. I would have bought the set with the block. However, a professional chef said never put them in a block because it blunts them and you'll end up needing to sharpen them more often. Everytime you put them in the block or take them out it blunts them a little more each time. I keep mine in a drawer or, if you have room in the kitchen you could invest in a knife magnet bar to mount on a wall in your kitchen and have them on display.

Beautiful knife. Really loving it so far. I've been wanting a good quality chef knife for a while that wasn't going to break the bank. A tall order I know but this had such great reviews I thought it was worth a gamble. When it arrived it felt like it had cost £100, stunning packaging, really feels like the brand are proud of their product & have confidence you will love it too. Feels lovely to use & was razor sharp out the box. Absolutely chuffed with it & already had a compliment from a foodie friend who was watching me cut some tomatoes.Couldn't be happier, will definitely be buying some more of this brand

I was very impressed at the quality of this knife especially its sharpness which is ideal for chopping vegetables and meat for stews. The handle has a solid feel to it and is comfortable to hold. I would recommend wearing protective gloves when cutting to protect one’s fingertips. Value for money it is great so much so that I bought one for my daughter 🧒

Beautiful knife well balanced cuts easily and handle is lovely. The blade cover is also useful to keep blade sharp.
