This poster came as it was described. The seller made sure it was delivered carefully. The chart is colorful and easy to follow and see the various nutritious foods on it. If you have certain foods that you don't like that have vitamins you need, this post list gives different options of other foods that you can eat.

Great poster, good quality. Unfortunately I didn't check the size and it is too large for my use.

Good for a classroom not home

The product was bigger than what I expected. I thought it was going to be 8X11, something small that I could put on my refrigerator. I didn't expect to have to put it on my wall. Other than that, I do like the contents of the poster.
