Didnt last long.. I loved them when they got here. They went on super easy and loved the zipper aspect. They looked good too. The wind caught my door and the stitching popped and threw my door into the side. I already had a dent so it wasn't a huge deal but now here we are with a broken strap again. They need better stitching and they'd be great.Update: I didnt notice that these had a 12 month warranty. The first set i ordered had broken so I ordered another set. I contacted the company and asked for either a refund or a second set to be sent to me and they responded almost immediately asking for pictures of the damaged product. After I provided those they processed a refund for the first set that I bought since it was within the warranty period. I will continue to purchase from them and highly recommend these door straps. My did break but I am very hard on them as I let the door swing open hard and it only took one good gust of wind to slam my door wise open and SNAP...any other companies straps would have done the same thing so I dont blame them.

the oem strap on the passenger side gave up the ghost on the wife's JK, and after about the 3rd time she let the wind grab the door and flip it around, dinking the jeep's body, I ordered these guys.Installation was literally a 2 minute per door job. They seem reasonably durable, so I guess, barring a stiff gust of wind, they will do the job. I only replaced the broken unit, so I now have a spare for whichever side fails next.

Easy to put on, depending on who did it last you may have to work to get the old ones off!

Very easy to install with the zipper. Be careful to avoid cutting the wires when removing the original strap. I gave it 4 stars because it is used on a mail Jeep, and the strap wore out after about a year. I realize that the driver of a delivery vehicle is opening and closing their door far more often than most drivers will in a day. This causes the strap to rub on the hook until it wears through. Replacing this strap is much easier than replacing the original one because of the zipper, though. You don't have to worry about cutting the wires like I mentioned in the initial installation.

My wife is a mail carrier and we go through about 2 of these a year on the right door. Zipper worked great and easy. Easy to cut the old strap off and install the new strap. Just unscrew the bottom Torx screws in panel and it will allow you enough access to remove.
