High Quality and Neccessary Ingredient Supplement to support Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails
I have been taking these for about 10 days. I have noticed my nails are growing without breaking. I haven't been using the Foligrowth Hair Vitamins long enough to report on my hair growth. I purchased these vitamins mainly for hair and nail growth. I already knew I would also attain skin benefits related to the Biotin. However, this is the ONLY hair, skin, and nails supplement I found through my research which contains Hyluronic acid. Hyluronic Acid supports and promotes the synthesis of the collagen protein NECESSARY for maintaining fullness of the skin, primarily on thr face. Without Collagen (which collagen production decreases significantly as we age) your skin looses its subcutaneous fat resulting in facial volume loss. This volume loss EQUALS wrinkles and ptosis (sagging skin). So, I was impressed this supplement included Hyluronic Acid. I don't have an issue with hair loss. I have always had an extremely full head of hair. I am 50 now, and still no issue with hair falling out. I mainly have issues with my hair not growing as fast as it used to, and brittle nails. Plus, I could use some extra shine, brillance, and overall healthy hair fibers. I have been taking another brand of hair, skin and nails supplement for a couole of years. However, I really wasn't seeing improvements in my hair, skn or nails. So, I decided to do some research, and I came across this brand. I compared the nutritional/product label with the supplement I was currently taking, and this supplement far surpassed the ingredients in mg/mcg, as well as had added ingredients which are very benefical for supplementing the health of ur hair, skin snd nails. I was also impressed with the money back guarantee, as well as the customer support. And, the hair quiz was beneficial in addressing my concerns for other products I may need. I did compare this to another brand, Nutrifol, which is much more costly, but did not compare to the ingredients in this product. I am hoping I can see a measureable difference in my hair health and growth rate, my nail growth and health rate, as well as support beautiful and radiant skin. We will see. I also want to mention the serving size is (3) capsules per day. (2) in the a.m. with a meal, and (1) p.m. with a meal. That does not bother me to take it twice daily. I already have a morning and evening medication/supplement, so these capsules just fit in with my schedule. I don't have any problems with these capsules causing burping or bad smells. FYI: To support my knowledge and show credibility about the substances I discussed in particular above, I am a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Advanced Practice Registerd Nurse with (2) Master's Degrees, (1) Under Grad Degree with (2) Minors in Chemisrty and Biology. I practiced as an Independent Health Provider for over 20 years. And, I was Clinical Faculty for a major Medical University Program in the OB/GYN Department. I taught Medical Students, NP Students, PA Students, and 1st and 2nd year Residents didactically (lectures) and in a clinical outpatient and inpatient setting how to manage Women's Health from Puberty to Menopause, and every aspect of treating Prenatal Care, Labor and Delivery, how to manage births (Vaginal and C-Dection Births), and how to manage Postpartal and Neonatal patients.

Great Product!
After using FoliGROWT for a few months, noticeable changes in hair texture and growth were observed. Myq hair became thicker, less prone to breakage, and overall stronger. While the supplement may not offer the same dramatic results as prescription treatments like minoxidil, I noticed steady, gradual improvements in hair density. The key to success with this product seems to be patience, as it can take time for visible results. Pros: Supports Healthy Hair Growth: The blend of vitamins and herbal extracts can support the body's natural ability to grow hair, especially when used regularly. Improves Hair Texture: Many users report shinier, softer hair that feels stronger after continued use. No Harsh Chemicals: FoliGROWT relies on natural ingredients, which makes it an appealing option for those looking to avoid synthetic chemicals or medications for hair loss. No Side Effects: Compared to some other hair growth products, FoliGROWT has no reported side effects, with most users experiencing no adverse reactions. Final Thoughts: FoliGROWTHis a solid choice for individuals looking to support healthy hair growth, especially if you’re dealing with mild thinning or want to maintain existing hair health. While it may not work as quickly or dramatically as some other hair loss treatments, its natural ingredients and gentle formulation make it a good option for long-term care. If you’re patient and consistent with its use, you might see improvements in hair texture, thickness, and overall strength. However, it may not be the best solution for severe hair loss, and it’s always worth consulting a dermatologist or hair specialist if you have underlying health conditions affecting hair growth.

Folligrow, DHT blocker, serum usage
** 30 day update below. **47 day update at bottom **60 day (3/14/23) at bottom. Hairloss is stressful, scary, and heartbreaking so I wanted to provide an early review so others, like myself, can have a bit of a sigh of relief. If you are like me spending hours reading through reviews to see WHEN we can see some type of goodness, then continue reading. I'm on day 14 of Dht blocker and folligrow, and day 4 of the serum. It's too soon for any growth update, but the shedding has drastically reduced. I take them as directed minus with food in the morning as im not hungry at 7am. 15 days ago, my shower drain would be hair clogged within minutes of getting in the shower, now the hair in the drain is about a quarter of what it was. 15 days ago I would brush my hair or run my fingers through it and I would hair hair covering my shirt, the floor, counters, brush/hands, everything. Today, only a few hairs in the brush. I'm very hopeful this product will help. My only issue so far is that if I do take the pills in the evening (5pm or later) I notice I can't fall asleep. I do not drink anything with caffeine in it after 10am anymore so I know it's nothing I'm drinking causing this and the only thing new are these pills. I am currently experimenting with the times I take the second set. I have recently tested my thyroid and found it's very underactive again which is likely causing my hair loss (plus perimenopause). I will keep taking these along with the two other products and update this review at the 30 or 45 day mark. I hope this review helps others looking for signs of hope. I wish more people would leave longer detailed reviews on things like this. 30 days: technically 29 but nothing major will happen overnight LOL I stopped the serum for now because of two things- it's winter and it's super dry in my house so I don't want to wash my hair everyday and have to blow dry it. Kind of defeats the purpose of what I'm doing, and I started red and nir light therapy around day 17. It looks like my wispy short hairs (either breakage or new from before starting this) are getting longer. Shedding is unbelievably less than ever. Like it's been YEARS since I've experienced "normal" shedding. LOL I just woke up and I'm a crazy sleeper. I took my sad, thin little braid out and brushed my hair and there were zero hairs on my shirt and a couple in the brush. My skin looks nicer. Haven't gotten my normal hormonal cystic acne this month but do have a few tzone breakouts - which I normally don't get. I woke up to a lot of dandruff/skin turnover this morning but it could be because I skipped my dandruff shampoo this week. When I blow dried my hair last night, there were a few hairs on the ground, but nothing like before. A month ago, I was like a dandelion in the wind lol Because of all this, I leave my 4 stars. It stopped the shedding, y'all. I mean... that right there is impressive and awesome in itself. I'll be back in a month! **47 days. While my hair is not shedding as stated above, my period this time around lasted 12 days. Mostly spotting but I had to do AM pills only for a week in order for the spotting to stop (foligrow and dht blockers). Idk which one caused the extended bleeding if either of them did. I've also noticed that these seem to constipate me a bit. I thought I just had to get used to them but when I lowered the dose my BMs were more frequent again. Now I'm back too tiny to no BMs, then clogged, then a full day or two of stomach aches and bathroom runs. Sigh. I have another period coming up this week. If I bleed longer again, I will have to cut back both and hope it doesn't mess up my progress. My hair does seem fuller (to me) and is growing in length quicker it seems. I honestly don't think I see new growth, but I do have hairs ranging from a quarter inch to half inch all over the top of my head. I feel these may just be breakage hairs growing out? I would think any NEW growth would be just starting to pop out now or soon. **60 days Stopped dht blocker a few days ago due to excessive bleeding. I'm still taking the foligrow vitamins and I'm hoping it's enough to keep the hair growth. Within the last week I've really noticed a ton of 1cm hairs all over my head. I uploaded a photo of my part and I feel like there's a pretty decent difference in the two. My hair feels thicker and looks fuller. Fingers crossed the vitamins are enough to keep the growth going.

This product absolutely works!!
OMG, I Love, love, love this product. In 2022, I had Covid and wound up in the hospital for a week. Coming home, I lost 15 lbs. became anemic, had out patient surgery, lack of nutrition etc. The stress caused me to lose half of the hair on my head. It came out in clumps. I couldn't even touch my hair and it would fall out. My hair was originally past my shoulders so you can imagine how much hair loss I had. Of course I went back on my supplements and started a DHT blocker but my hair continued to fall out until May of 2022. I was beyond devastated. My Dermatologist recommended a product that intuitively I was not in agreement with. I researched and researched until I came upon Foligrowth. I immediately knew this was it and it even cost half the price of the other product my dermatologist recommended. I started Foligrowth at the beginning of July 2022. By the beginning of August I started seeing my bald patches growing hair! By the end of August I had a head of hair. No bald spots. Yes, the new hair was only an inch long of course and the rest of my hair had grown over an inch. In 2 months time I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. In 2 more months I will be able to go out without my wig even though friends said I could go without it then.. Every other product said it would take 5-6 months before any real progress and the dermatologist's one can cause hair to fall out when you start it and if you discontinue it. Not Foligrowth. I couldn't be more pleased with the progress I have already achieved in such a short time. Update: In mid 2023 my hairdresser could not believe how fast my hair grew in. My hair is back to where it was when I was in my 30s, thick, full and healthy. It takes me twice as long to do my hair now after washing it. The ends especially are so thick. Every hairdresser I had seen is amazed at the pictures I show them. They all recommend Foligrowth to all their clients. I am in my 70s and strangers compliment me on ho beautiful my hair is. Now I only use it every 2 months or so just to keep it strong and healthy. No hair fall out, just beautiful thick hair. Just a suggestion, I also take collagen powder in my shake daily.

Fingers crossed- it’s working!
ONE YEAR UPDATE! I've purchased this product 8 times (I only take 2 capsules a day as I have been super concerned it would upset my stomach as some other supplements have done) and I've seen SUCH AMAZING growth! I encourage you to try it and be consistent! Is it the cheapest product? No but definitely not the most expensive. Will it take time? Of course! But i'm convinced! I'm considering starting on the DHT blocker of the same brand to see if I can accelerate the growth too. I'm so grateful!! I started noticing my hair thinning a bit as I got into my early 40s and it seemed like it would reach a certain length and just absolutely not grow any further. A couple times my hairdresser chopped my hair, and it would take literally years to grow back out. I also wear my hair in a ponytail every day at the gym and use heat styling tools. All those contribute to thinning hair and breakage, combine that with age, and it found me looking for hair supplements. I tried Nutrafol but after the first month I had terrible stomach pain and cramps (landing me in the ER!). I had to stop taking it, eventually was able to return to taking it, but only 1 tablet a day (instead of the prescribed 4). Obviously at that reduced point, it just didn’t work well enough and it wasn’t worth the price point. So I did a little bit of unscientific Internet research, which led me to FoliGrowth. I hesitated to take the full serving size of 3 tablets because of my experience with Nutrafol, so most days I take either one or two tablets. I’m almost through my first bottle and even taking a reduced amount I see an encouraging difference! I finally see some length to my hair (which let’s be honest, might be attributable to just time and normal growth and all the collagen I also take), but I also have very minimal shedding since starting FoliGrowth and I’m seeing a few baby hairs around my hair line. It’s a positive enough experience to order more and keep going. The pills are not difficult for me to swallow, but my advice is to drink lots of water with these because I think they are a little bit constipating.

Unfortunately it did not agree with my system.
I really wanted this to work, and different things work differently on each individual, but on about the 3rd or 4th day that I took it, my stomach was not acting as it should, and I had to return it. I can't say it is a bad product or a good one. It just affected me personally in a negative way, and I did not want to take a chance of whatever that was to get worse. But as you will see from the reviews, many other people said they had no effects, and their hair grew. Another person said it caused them to vomit, so it just all depends on your system I guess. Normally I am almost never affected by something like this, but for some reason, i was affected by this product. So you just have to try it for yourself and see how it affects you, and if you do not have any negative effects, then the next question would be, "Did it actually make my hair start to grow back," and many people have said that it did. Since I could not use this, I then remembered what I used to do that caused my hair to grow to be very long, and I have begun to do that again. I would not put that down here, because you must know what you are doing in order to do this safely. This process puts oxygen back into your body, and that helps your hair grow.

No longer a believer. :(
I am pushing 50, and noticed that my hair has been thinning and the growth slowing over the past few years. I have fine, thin, straight, color-treated blonde hair. I used to be able to grow my hair long, but haven't been able to get it much past my shoulders recently. I stopped color treating my hair in hopes that it would help my hair grow, but I didn't notice any improvement. To add insult to injury, I noticed a decent amount of hair in the drain after every shower. My hair was falling out in a quite noticeable way, and my self-esteem was slipping. I began looking for something that might help. I didn't want to use a topical solution. I found FoliGROWTH here on Amazon, and checked out the reviews. I was skeptical, but figured that I'd try a bottle out, hoping to obtain even some sort of minimal result. I've been taking 3 pills of FoliGROWTH daily for two weeks now. My hair is so fine that it's difficult to even see any baby hairs, so I have no idea if improved growth is happening or not yet. But I will say this: My hair has STOPPED FALLING OUT!!!! I kid you not. I know this because before taking these supplements, I would remove a small handful of hair from the drain after every shower. It was always a depressing experience. Now after each shower, there is hardly any hair in the drain at all. I counted four hairs today. FOUR! I am THRILLED!!!! So does this stuff work? Looks like it does! After two weeks, my hair has stopped falling out in clumps. If this is the only thing that happens with these supplements, I'll gladly take it! I'll update my review in a month or so to share my results. But at this point, consider this skeptic totally convinced! SEVEN MONTHS LATER... I'd been using Foligrowth since January 2021. The most recent bottle has a considerable formula change! It now smells awful, like something died and was sealed inside the bottle. I checked the Supplement Facts, and I see that the amounts of Riboflavin (previously 50mg, now 20mg), Vitamin B12 (previously 100mcg and now 75mcg), and Pantothenic Acid (from 300mg to 50mg) have been reduced. And the pills look somewhat different now. Since I am paying the same price, I expect to receive the same product, as I'm sure the changes affect the supplement efficacy. When I first began taking Foligrowth, my hair completely stopped falling out entirely. It was amazing! But with this new formula, my hair has reverted back to falling out like it did before I started taking Foligrowth. Very, very disappointed!

Best all-in-one hair care vitamins +/Cust.happiness ensurring companies w/self-analysis
Firstly, loved that it has a great mix of key ingredients and high milligrams of said. Secondly, and an eye opener for me... was the fact finder quiz included with the purchase, through their website, after scanning bar code. It gives you a compass reading of true North as to the many causes of shedding, hair loss, thinning, dry scalp, flaking, pattern baldness and hormonal issue related outcomes. You are not just buying supplements from a stranger you actually get to see a live video of a Dr. go through step-by-step recap of key products and the why for each and a caring voice that truly sounds and gives off genuineness for your progress with their research-based natural products (when you click visit the store). Never got that from anybody ever. Not even my Dermatologist. And now for the vitamins themselves... I ordered the "Foligrowth" because after all of my prior readings and fact-finding/research into what ingredients and why you need them and how as you age, suffer sudden stresses, poor diet or lack thereof, your hair, nails and skin... reflect it all. Plus your self-esteem quickly takes a dive too. As well as important in the above mentioned is why and when tables as opposed to capsules and proper mcg's & mg's (micrograms and milligrams) which these are pretty packed. In addition to many reviews. As someone who is extremely concerned with my outcome of overcoming my recent shedding/thinning and receding hairline... I'm all in with this company and their people. I'm ordering their "EFA" Essential Fatty Acids which is like a super dose of Omega 3 or 3-6-9 which in general, is vital for an array of health plus healthy hair, gut health too and also linked to aid high blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides, skin, eyes, joints, males in certain activities 👍. So for me it's a win-win, win-win, etc., Also from their quiz/self-analysis test I will be ordering the liquid Vit.-D because I know I am low there too and it can't hurt to dot that (i) and cross that (t) just in case that's one of my understanding culprits. P.S. Would definitely recommend this even as a multivitamin too it's just great maintenance for homeowners body with no after taste or funny side effects. Good luck to all who try it...
