Wonderful cheese
Very good cheese. Delicious - fry it with almond flour crust.

Worst shipping method…
Probably the worst shipping for such a great cheese. Packing peanuts and two sad cold packs did nothing against the heat, and I couldn’t even use the cheese because it would have been unsafe. Update-after talking with the company, I’m out $35 with no remorse from them. Horrible!

Nice cheese but bad packaging and presentation
I got this cheese in 4 pieces like left over. No vacuum packed and not in one piece as it’s costumed. I was planning to freeze it but not the way it arrived. Good flavor but awful presentation! Not going to buy it again. Lever had such experience before from buying cheese on Amazon. It’s costume to sell cheese in 1 piece and always vacuum packaged.
