Says brown...but looks grey to me. Which is it?

how much assembly is required? do we need to assemble all the drawers or just attach the metal part to the wood box?

You will have to assemble the entire drawer. All of the parts come seperately but are easy to assemble with easy instructions included. It does take a bit of time though.
