Great item. Got there in the end but a few challenges with the assembly.
I purchased this to house two 240L Wheelie Bins, which it does with ease. The only downsides are; 1) if you intend to use the chain lid lifting mechanisms the bins have to be positioned with the handles facing inwards, which is not too difficult with empty bins but more problematic if they are full and heavy. 2) it requires a bit of manoeuvring to get the bins in and out as there is a lip on the base of the box. Made more difficult because you can't access the handles to get leverage (see point 1) Referring to the assembly. This is a very weighty item so be prepared to seek assistance to get the box to the chosen position for assembly and installation. You might also require some assistance with the door and lid hanging, which require careful positioning in order to screw the hinges into the frame. I managed to achieve it on my own but it took some doing and a few curses along the way. This, together with the amount of assembly (and disassembly to correct my mistakes) meant that it took me nearly 3.5 hours to complete the whole job. Overall, the instructions are pretty comprehensive and self explanatory but on occasion they took some scrutinising and re-checking to ensure that I was on the right track. Be prepared though as this is definitely a "flat pack" item. The good news is that everything (other than tools) is in the box, including a few spare screws and brackets to hold shelves, which I didn't require because I'm using it for wheelie bin storage. As to tools, I used a positive drive screwdriver, with flexible extension (needed to access one of the screws on each of the hinges), a large normal screwdriver, which I found useful to lever open the channels slightly to allow the panels to fit more easily, and a mallet to tap them in. The most difficult installation being the flexible upright corner pieces which really took some time and effort to get them into the base. Once completely assembled I was able to slide the box the few feet needed to get it into its final position. The finished item looks really good and robust. Time and the British weather will be the final test. I have awarded it 5 stars for the finished article but I was tempted to deduct 1 star for the challenges I faced with the assembly.

Does the job and looks good
A sturdy and nice looking storage unit. Gas struts for the lid are helpful. Takes a couple of hours to assemble but the instructions are clear so just take your time. I put it together on the patio. Recommend a rubber mallet and a battery screw driver as there are a lot of screws!! Easy to move into position once assembled. Locking mechanism seems strong enough for rear garden storage but not secure enough for a determined thief.

Great quality
I can’t believe how easy this was to put up , it says two people and it may be easier in some stages but I did it on my own. The instructions are second to none and extremely easy to follow. Every piece is numbered for ease as well. They even provide small right angle brackets and screws should you want to put your own shelf in. I can’t recommend this enough it is made from good quality plastic with a nice effect.

Broken panel.
The product seemed good and sturdy but a panel was broken so it had to be returned. Packing it back up and having it collected was a lot of messing around plus it never reached its destination so Amazon had to be contacted and they promptly refunded me. I won’t buy bigger items that I can’t return via the post office ever again.

Pieces do not , sides split, definitely would not recommend
Extremely poor quality. Side panels don’t fit together or slot onto base- split easily, gaps at joins, and sides pop out at corners and base, hinges don’t align , lid does not fit. Took hours to try to put together and now have to dismantle to pack up to send back. Really disappointed. Especially considering the price.

Excellent product
Bought to keep garden furniture cushions in. Purchased 1 month ago since it has rained almost every day. Cushions perfectly dry not even damp. Very pleased with purchase. I built on my own in about 2 hours but would be a lot easier with two people. The instructions are not particularly good mostly pictures but once all parts laid out on floor it’s not too bad to follow. Used just a screw driver except for the door hinges where I had to use a cordless driver. We can fit approximately 20 cushions in. All in all would highly recommend.

Good looking sturdy shed
For a start I couldn’t rate “sheerness” as I don’t actually know what it means. I really liked the look of the shed and the size was just perfect for the location, but after reading a lot of the reviews I very nearly didn’t buy it. The shed has a lot of bad press about the “assemblyness” but don’t let this put you off - I am so glad I bought it. Sure the assembly takes a bit longer than anticipated and a couple of holes are not quite in the right place but I managed it on my own (I would recommend a helping hand for the doors but the rest was okay) if the assembly was better it would have got 5 stars

I wanted to take time to write a review, especially after seeing multiple LOW reviews on this product. I have had a Keter 7x9 storage shed for about 8 years now (purchased in Ohio, then disassembled, moved to Oregon and reassembled), and have been MOST happy with it. The corners ARE showing signs of weakness, but I have reinforced them. SO, I wanted to purchase a shed that "matches" my first one and bought this DESPITE the negative reviews, because I wanted to believe that Keter had not "gone downhill" in quality. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. The carton arrived with sings of "beating" from shipping (due to the weight, I am sure), and some of the packing tape had come loose, but NO damage THROUGH the carton. NOTHING was missing or damaged inside the carton. I had prepared a "slab" with (8) 16"x16" patio stones leveled on gravel, and assembled the shed (Keter Elite Stor) on the pad. From the time I opened the carton, it took me (solo) just under ONE HOUR to install. If you can read pictures (assembly instructions), if you can look carefully to see the zoomed in details and "!" markings, the instructions make perfect sense and will lead you to a successful assembly. After assembly, I crafted a "top shelf" to pay our hammock swings on (top access) out of (2) 1" x 12" boards, which took another 20 minutes. I ALSO have a CORTINA MEGA shed to be delivered today. I will report back once I have that assembled as well. Here's to hoping for another good experience. (As far as weathering and durability, given this is a "baby brother" to my larger 7'x9' shed which is now over 8 years old, I anticipate it holding up fine.)

Prior to purchasing the Keter Premier XL, I noticed a few reviews stating poor quality, flimsy and screw holes either didn't line up or screw holes missing (not predrilled). The instructions are clear and simple, the shed is easy to put together if you follow the instructions step by step. The quality is great considering the price and if put together properly it is NOT flimsy. As for the holes not being predrilled, I'm thinking they are talking about the #SC15 screws that are self tapping screws. The non predrilled holes where these screws go are meant to be self tapping. However, all the other holes are predrilled and all the holes lined up. You might have to just adjust the door hinges that connect to the front panel in order for the holes to line up, (this is normal). I only had to adjust one hinge in order for the hole to line up, other than that everything else fell into place. It probably took me about an 1.5 hours to complete the build. They do have videos on the web on how to install this shed.

Déception!!! La couleur ne correspond pas à la photo du produit. En fait la couleur est gris très claire. On se questionne à savoir si le produit acheté est neuf ou si en fait c’est un retour…

I am impressed! It is serving it's purpose. It was easy to put together, some issues with alignment, but I think that depends on the attention to detail and the patience you put into it. Recommend to put together on a flat surface would be best. We then moved it to a gravel area and levelled that space out. We use this to store our recyleables, garbage, compust and other misc items. Highly recommend, good XL size is what we were looking for.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Because it was a Keter product. I needed to put garbage bins in it and it is large. It fits 2 32 gal bins and has extra space. I am only allowed 32 gal bins in my town. However it took me about 5 hours to put together. Directions could have been better, but I figured it out.
