I have narrow shoulders so that could be why the jacket arms were a bit too long. Everything else fit perfectly and after shrinking the gi jacket it's at the perfect length now. It seems to run true to size and I love the fit. I am 5', 103lbs. I have short limbs and the pants hit the perfect spot, so if you have longer legs you may want to size up. It's better to order up than down and then shrink to your desired fit than to have a gi that leaves no room for error, as they can shrink a bit even with cold water washes. I did notice that even after a couple of washes, my Gi was shedding. I got it in black and it left some black fuzz on my sparring partner as well as on my belt. It seems to be fine now, but you might want to give it a longer wash or even a couple of washes before using it. I will be back for more! I have a Venum gi that is double the price and this gi feels basically the same when practicing, so it's a great value. Note, Sanabul Gi’s tend to run larger (traditional style) than most brands. This is to allow for different preferences in washing and drying. If you intentionally want the GI to shrink you can wash it in hot water and put it in the dryer but you will only get minimal shrinkage. If the GI is too big (cuff is more than about 3 inches from the wrist bone) please do not attempt to wash or dry, instead, you’ll need to order a size smaller. In general, you can always order a size up and visit a tailor to hem the Gi to a more precise fit. If you do purchase and find the size will not work for you, we recommend trying to return the unused/unmodified GI within 30 days of receipt. I like this gi ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent fit for smaller framed women *by A***R on February 27, 2021* This gi is lighter weight than my century gi and is more comfortable to roll in. I am 5’6 130 pounds in a W3 and the jacket fits perfectly. The pants are the correct length but a little large in the waist requiring a lot of cinching but I have a very small frame. The collars are stiff enough for secure throws and grabs. I actually like the fit and comfort more than my more expensive gi. And of course, black and purple are excellent colors with less cleaning required than the white gi.
