Good texture and helps blend soft pastels easily
I am new to soft pastel artwork but these blending brushes seem to be a game changer. They are just the right texture and make blending the colors together really smooth. Cleaning is easy I just use a baby wipe on them and they are a good price.

Fantastic soft brushes for pastels!
These really are fantastic! I use them to apply pastels to 3D objects and their shape is perfect for that especially. Life the softness. Bought more already.

Falling apart slowly
I wanted to try out pastels and thought it'd be good to get a few brushes to go with them. As I've gotten more familiar with soft pastels, they've become more useful. The hairs on these brushes are incredibly loose and very easy to pull out, which has made them tough to clean. That's why the stars are on the lower end for this one. For those first starting with soft pastels, be aware these brushes can behave differently on different papers and can end up really picking up a lot of powder if there's not a lot of grit to hold the pastel. This can make them difficult for blending if you're looking to keep the base highly pigmented.
