I’m Mexican so it’s hard to move away from delicious and fattening Mexican food. I mean in my culture we are always celebrating something so sticking to keto was hard. Well now with 50lbs above my healthy weight and at the border of unhealthy diagnosis (diabetes, cholesterol) I’m determined to get back in shape and keto is the dieting I’ve found the most effective so THIS book has tasty recipes, no weird ingredients (hardest I found is coconut and almond flour which are easy), and easy to make recipes (e.g. breads are mug breads, same for most desserts) which by the way are also well portioned as my family does no want to join on keto, hate most of the recipes, so I can make my own without adding lots of cooking time. This is absolutely the best kept keto secret! Everything has a color picture for the ungifted cooks like myself. If you don't like coconut flour, he gives you other versions of the same recipe with almond flour, etc. Recipes are easy to follow and the beginning of the book has some basic facts to help keto followers new and old. This is a sturdy, hard cover book with clear, color pictures. I have a lot of keto cookbooks and THIS book is an insane bargain for the price. This is also the first cookbook I've bought were EVERY recipe is one that I want to try. I found this guy on YOUTUBE when I was looking for new recipes as I was getting bored and really wanting to try something new and flavorful. I needed a taste bud change and I REALLY got it with this rock n roll chef. So far I have tried several of his recipes and they do not disappoint.
