It worked great for me
Let me start off by saying a product is only as good as the customer service that supports it, and I have to give 5-Stars to their customer service. We travel and camp a lot, mostly in areas with weak cell service. We tried several times with it turned on and turned off to give it a valid test in the weak signal areas. Each tested proved that the AnyCall Signal Booster did in fact boost the signal. There were a couple of times that we showed no service without the AnyCall activated and had two bars on Verizon with it activated. The biggest boost was on our T-Mobile backup phone. We were in areas that had really poor T-Mobile service and it really made a positive difference.Installation was quick and simple. One thing I liked about this cell signal booster is both the compact size of the antenna and the booster.I’m really happy with the AnyCall customer service. AnyCall reacted quickly and positively with a great outcome. I will recommend both AnyCall and this cell signal booster to any that ask about it.

Shockingly worked, but looked and felt like a toy
I bought this because it was half the price of the "name brand" version everybody seems to recommend for RV use. When I opened the box, I was extremely skeptical with all the plastic parts and short cables, but I figured I'd try it out with my car before trying to install it in my RV, and shockingly it did give me an extra bar or two of service in areas where I had trouble getting calls out in the past. However, there was zero chance the cables and antennas they provided were long enough for RV usage, and the parts just felt like they were sold in a toy department and not suitable for real world usage outdoors. Customer service was great and quick to respond, and even tried to help me out by sending me a longer cable and linking me to a better antenna I could purpose for the outside of my RV.... but there was a definite language barrier that made customer service pretty difficult. I felt like I could have pieced together what I needed with this device, but by the time I was done, between my time spent and money spent buying extra parts, I might as well just go with the twice-as-expensive name brand version. I sent it back.

I THOUGHT THAT IT WASN'T WORKING BUT I WAS WRONG!
You can't go by the bar's on your phone to see this booster is really working. There is another way to test this booster, I'll talk about that later . When I received the booster all I had to go by were the bars on my iPhone. After seeing nothing change bar wise, I set up a return with Amazon. I thought the booster wasn't working.I'm in a rural area was one bar on my phone which fluctuates constantly between 4G and occasionally LTE. When I connected this booster I noticed that LTE was on all the time and no more 4G. I still had only one bar but now LTE was locked on 24/7. One "strong" bar for me was all I needed now to get DTV HDTV on my iPad. I am using my iPad to receive Direct TV HD instead of that stupid dish outside! There is an article regarding realtime CELL PHONE DEVICE INFORMATION and it will help you determine if this booster is actually working. Go to (PowerfulSignal . com). I was able to determine by following the simple directions that this booster was actually working. I you go to Powerful and follow the directions you can turn the switch on this booster on and off and see if the signal changes? If it does the booster is working, just watch the numbers change.Getting a stronger signal still may be what's needed for you but this booster "for me" works If it doesn't for you may need a stronger, different kind, probably more expensive booster..Update!LTE is still locked on with this booster and I'm still getting HDTV on my iPad. AT&T and Direct TV very recently made available to its customers free streaming. I'm in a rural area with no high speed internet and now I finally have it for some things.

It works, but antennas are not the best. As good as more expensive units after some modifications.
Unit does work ok, but it needs better antennas.Roof antenna does not stay on the roof unless is glued. Magnet is not strong. Also, performance improved when replaced by antenna Wilson 311104.Interior antenna is effective only a few inches from the phone. This may be ok for a single phone in a holder, but not practical for multiple phones. Replacing with a better antenna gave good coverage for all passengers, but location is key to avoid coupling with exterior antenna.Summary: add $60 in better antennas and you surpass or match the performance of $500+ boosters.Update: All of the above still holds true, but added one star after using the booster (with the described modifications) in a long drive in five different countries. The unit worked incredibly well.

Does not work
It did not booster my signal one bit. I tried the outdoor antenna all over my RV's roofline and nothing. I placed the indoor antenna all over the camper and nothing. Not even with my phones right beside the indoor antenna did I get a boost. I tried my Apple and my Google Pixel with no change in the bars. I live in a city where the signal is not bad, but not great. I thought it would at least bump it one bar, but nope. Also, the outdoor antenna had no mounting magnet, but they did include two strips of velcro. I assume these were for the outdoor antenna since the indoor had a self-adhesive back. Never would I mount an outdoor antenna to the roof of my car with velcro and think it would last driving around. I am so disappointed.

It works.
I tried this at different locations and it works. It might need some moving around but generally it gave me couple of extra bars.Easy to put together and position.

Does not receive a strong signal
Using this off grid I had hopes it would BOOST the cell signal but it only picks up a slight increase after moving around in my driveway for 20 mins. If I have to use it in an emergency it would not be useful. I needed it for our cabin which we only use once a month so I wanted to give it a fair trial but by the time I had tried over the last few months and realized it wasn't working for me, Amazon's return date had closed and now I need to look at buying something else.
