Perhaps the best part of this enovella is the short scenes from Frypan, Thomas, and Minho's point of views. The Maze Runner Files is best read after The Death Cure or The Kill Order. This was a perfect refresher for one of my favorite series and helped rejuvenate my excitement for The Maze Runner movie. Also there's a preview of The Eye Of Minds, James Dashner's upcoming novel. I have already read the full novel and I absolutely loved it so I skipped the preview. Overall The Maze Runner Files was a quick, but excellent goodie that is sure to delight fans of The Maze Runner. It took me all of thirty minutes to read the new information, and then the remaining third of the book is a preview for Eye of Minds. I'm not complaining (well, maybe I am), but I wanted to read more about the Maze Runner and learn more about the characters, not see recycled material and the preview for an entirely different series. Worth twenty-five cents? Definitely. Two bucks?
