Awesome Product
Good quality Perfect for Chinese fried rice, noodles Perfect for Stir fry Requires less oil Awesome taste Make sure to season the pan and follow their instructions before using . They should have provided a hook on handle for hanging . I made one myself and can now hang it after use. Best product for a small family .Go for it.

Decent product. Good option but not the best
The weight and distribution looks good. -There's an extensive pre-care you need to do for a product that I paid 600 for which is a pain. - The weight is also a bit heavy. - Will add more as I start using the pan For care instructions,ignore their pamphlet. 1. Boil water to the top of the pan with half a cup of vinegar. Boil it until the water turns black. Do it at least twice. Attached photo is the second boil and the water is still somewhat black. (The pan has a coating that lets off black fumes or this could be leftover rust. Boiling with an acid removes that) 2. Clean the black layer that will form with a steel roll or put salt which will soak it up, then clean it up with something rough. 3. Oil and heat it twice seperately before use

Old, traditional, roomy
What a nice kadahi this is. Finally a round bottom kadahi that will save oil usage. This one is spacious, nice and because of its round bottom shape, is good for cooking for 2,4 6 or even 8 people. Everyone is selling flat bottom pans and kadahis that are not oil-efficient and do not have the goodness of a round bottom kadahi. The iron quality is good (and while one person above has complained of uneven finish, and even I had feared that), the kadahi was smooth and even. A must own product.

Damaging Health Hazard, Inside Coating
A worst coating inside, damaged the food becoming blackish, a health hazard, everytime. Bought Emery Sheet, removed the coating-an undue Strenuous Working!

Nice product
It’s easy to handle. Good for deep frying, for curries and other stir fried items. They have given proper instruction about how to prep the cookware before cooking for the first time. For any iron cookware, one thing to make sure is, after every use clean the vessel and dry them under low flame, apply oil and then store it properly. Otherwise it will rust.

Good build however it doesn’t give non stick feeling while cooking.. even though it was seasoned.

Very good buy!
The iron kadai is working like a charm! Seasoned it as per instructions and it's as good as non stick but without the toxins of the latter. It's so easy to clean too and the handle is super helpful. Only thing is that after seasoning, it has become slightly black at the centre. I'm wondering if we can use tamarind to clean just like our moms used to do. All in all, a very good buy.

It is rested after putting on the gas. Rusted mud water coming out when boiling. Really disappointed. I can send the photo
